~Chaper 16: snow ball fight~

I woke up the next morning freezing. More than usual.

I got out of bed a put on a hoodie and joggers and some fluffy socks and looked outside my window.

Snow. The first snow of the year had finally hit hogwarts.

I ran to the common room to see the group sat on the sofas and as I went to join them a weird noise like a beeping one appeared just before we all heard dumbledoor say "good morning students I hope everyone is well. I have decided to cancel today's lessons due to the snow so go have fun".

Me and the group snapped our heads to each other and all jumped with joy. We love snow days here.

We all exchanged looks with a smirk and mattheo gave us a confused look.

"Wrap up lover boy and meet us down here in 30 minutes" Enzo said which made me let out a giggle.

Mattheo nodded and rolled his eyes before we all walked up to our dorms.

Whilst I was getting my clothes out I heard mattheo barge into my room and ask "love what the fuck does Enzo mean by wrap up warm" he said sitting on my bed in joggers and a hoodie with gloves a hat and a coat in his hands. I also noticed his footwear. Converse. Idiot.

"You will have to wait and see love but before we go. Might wanna change your shoes into something waterproof". I said chuckling and getting into more layers.

I put on some black fluffy leggings, a black hoodie fluffy socks and a cream beanie. I went to go put on my boots and coat but mattheo stopped me.

"Wait I have something for you one sec." He said before running out the dorm. I grabbed my gloves and sat on my sofa waiting for him to get back.

He walked in holding a bag behind his back. "Close you eyes love" he said with a smile.

I did as he said and held out my hands and he placed the items inside the bag into my hands.

I opened them to see a black Prada puffa coat with matching black snow boots. I was lost for words. "Mattheo I. What. Why did you do this I mean I love it but why" I said looking up at him.

"Consider it an early Christmas present" he said placing a kiss on my forehead whilst changing his shoes into some black snow boots himself.

I smiled and put on the boots and coat and added a black and white checkered scarf to add some colour.

"Baby I love you" I said giving him a hug.

Shit.

I just said I love you for the first time. Fuck what if he doesn't love me back. I pulled away from the hug and said "I'm sorry that was to soon I sho..." but before I could finish he pulled me into a deep kiss before saying "I love you to gorgeous".

I smiled and started making my way into the common room with him close behind me.

"GIRL THAT COAT OMG AND THE BOOTS WHEN THE FUCK DID YOU GET THEM AND WHO... actually no i can guess who but OMG I WANT THEM" pansy said standing up from where she was sat running up to me admiring the things mattheo got me.

I giggled before pulling her to a couch and sitting down and saying "mattheo got them as an early Christmas present for me" "okay mattheo can you be my boyfriend because I want these" she said sarcastically and laughing.

"Erm hello we're all here yknow" Blaise said "actually no Draco Enzo and Theo aren't yet" I said but cut myself off before saying "there normally the first ones down for our annual first snow day what's taking them so long" but 2 seconds later they came running down the stairs and to the door.
