BFB x War of The Worlds - Redux(CANCELLED)

PROLOGUE 2: Yoyleland Firestorm

"Bro!" A voice of a girl yelled. It was Leafy, who was just 12 at the time.

"Leafy! Where are you?!" Her brother Autumn yells back, he was carrying the family's youngest girl, Leafy Jr, who was just born a few months back.

Autumn eventually finds Leafy, and hugs her, desperate to protect his sister. A huge shadow, looms above them, before a high pitched noise, similar to that of a camera blitz, sounded. The beast swings a funnel above them, carrying a sort of complicated metallic case which starts to glow.

"We gotta get out of here!" Autumn yells.

The Heat Ray struck, dozens of houses went up in flames, attack aircraft also flew overhead, attempting to take down this titanic machine. Before they too were dispatched by the Heat Ray.

Leafy opens her phone, trying to use the GPS, but of course, the cell towers were already destroyed.

They ran all the way to the shore, avoiding the headlights, Heat Rays and detection trying to find a way out. They eventually arrive at the docks, and Autumn hands Leafy her sister, while he goes out to get supplies for the journey.

"Leafy, listen to me, take care of Jr will you?" Autumn said, before he ran off in the direction of an abandoned shop, suddenly, a couple of Fighting Machines strode across the field, firing their Heat Rays as well.

Autumn returns and dumps the supplies on the boat, just as he was about to get more stuff, a Tripod bends down and looks at them, curious of what was going on. Autumn decides to save his sisters instead, and he pulls down the lever to release the robotic escape boats.

Leafy banged on the window, before Autumn simply waves at her, tears were immediately forming. A leg then crushes Autumn, causing Leafy to cry. Jr noticed this and hugs her. She calms down after a while, attempting not to mourn his death, Leafy then promises to Jr that she will keep her safe...

...for now.
