KIDNAPPING

"Amanda?"

"Something happened..."

Vincent burst into Gabriel's office at that very moment. "She's gone!" he shouted to Gabriel, who was still on the phone with Amanda.

"Slow down, Amanda!" he commanded.

Amanda began to sob. "We were in the middle of a conversation, and then I heard a sound... I called out to her, but she didn't respond... Something terrible happened to her, Gabriel!"

Gabriel glanced at Vincent.

"I found her phone in the middle of the road", Vincent said.

"Call Luka!" Gabriel thundered loudly.

Soon, Luka appeared at the door. Gabriel stood in front of an open closet, putting on body armor and gearing up.

"Anna has been kidnapped! Block all exits from the city, and activate our best trackers. We need to act quickly. In 10 minutes, I want all fighters who signed up for the tournament in the school gym", he ordered sharply.

Gabriel walked with anxiety on his face and determined steps. His presence emitted a dark energy. His face was serious, and his eyes glowed with the fire of determination. Physically, he looked firm and powerful. Without words, his presence spoke more than any epithet. He stood in the center of the hall. Before him stood fighters with serious faces. He looked intimidating. Anger pulsed in his eyes.

"Listen!" he thundered.

"Anna Crimson has been kidnapped. She is my mate, mine!" he roared.

"If any of you have the slightest information, now is the time to share it. You won't have another chance. If I find out that any of you betrayed me, I will kill them. This is not a threat, it's a promise."

The silence was unsettling. He watched them intently. His mind was sharp and cold, without unnecessary emotions. He acted like a precise machine, relentless in his determination.

"Anna must return, and I won't hesitate to eliminate any obstacle. Believe me, I would rather set the whole world on fire than allow anything to happen to her. The tournament is postponed indefinitely."

He left the school gym. Luka and Vincent joined him.

"Report!" Gabriel ordered.

"The trackers followed her scent outside the city, all the way to the highway exit. The trail was lost there, so they split up", Luka said.

"Who's missing?" Gabriel asked sharply.

"No Borgan and his people, Zara, and Marcus."

Gabriel nodded sharply.

"Gather Adam, Alfonso, Amanda, and that little computer whiz. We need to track her down as soon as possible! Mobilize the special units!" Gabriel ordered.

Luka nodded.

"And Luka, bring me Zara", Gabriel said sternly.

Anna woke up with a terrible headache. She lay in semi-darkness on the floor of some kind of van, her hands tied behind her back. She slowly sat up. The vehicle was in motion.

"I've been kidnapped", she thought.

For a moment, a chill ran through her, but she soon calmed down and began to think logically.
