Quick note Natasha betrayed team Iron-Man so she was also arrested alongside Sam,Scott,Clint and Wanda but Steve and Bucky broke them out and been on the run.

Peter's POV

I just got off the subway and entered the elevator and unlocked the door and walked in May's Apartment I never called it mine since Ben's death because I feel selfish if I do.

"Hey May I'm home from School had a chemistry test and I know I nailed it, swear chemistry is way too easy, I got Stark Internship in 20 minutes so I won't be staying long"

I waited for her to replied but there was silence for 20 seconds
"May?"
so I walked to her room and opened her door.
"May you in here?"

I'm getting really concerned now I dropped my bag and ran to the kitchen there she was lying on the cold ground I froze on the spot. Then I approached her I put my fingers to her neck there was no pulse and she was cold
"I-I d-don't understand I-I was messaging you half an hour ago."

"how can you be gone. Please May you can't be gone please don't go don't go PLEASE!!!NOT YOU TOO!!! I NEED YOU!!"

I couldn't hold back my tears anymore ever since Ben died in my arms I held back my tears and let May's tears fall and forgot about mine and now mine are falling until. I heard something, a voice

"PETER! PETER KID WAKE UP! Please kid wake up!"

My eyes shot open,cold sweat running down my head and tears running down I couldn't stop them I also couldn't stop my heavy breathing then I quickly realised it was just a nightmare it was the 3rd this week it was Friday in the summer holidays at first I didn't even realised my parents Tony stark and Pepper Stark-Potts are with me and my dad holding me in his arms while my mum played with my hair it always calms me down and I always love the feeling of someone playing with my hair

"Kid you're ok you're ok." My dad said

Then my mum spoke up in her nice,soft voice" Everyone after experiencing loss will suffer from nightmares you cannot avoid it especially what you been through, my baby, your nightmares will be a lot more often and stronger but you need to be stronger, it might hurt like hell but we're here and I promise we're not going anywhere whether you like it or not bambino" I couldn't help but smile at the name bambino even tho I was still upset and crying still recovering from the nightmare but my parents always can make me smile and laugh then my dad spoke up

"Hey there's your handsome smile what we all know and love" I then decided to speak up but I know my voice would probably betray me because it always does

"Ho-how do yo-you bo-both al-always kn-know how to make me feel whole and fe-feel better?" Like I predicted my voice was cracking a lot my mum then spoke up and said.

"We're your parents we always know how to make you smile,laugh,cry, we know how to embarrass you, we know everything about you baby boy now get some sleep it's half 4."

"I am sorry I woke you up I didn't mean to I just miss her so much" I said

"I know kiddo i know now let's-" I didn't hear the rest of what he said I feel asleep in my dads arms while my mum was still playing with my hair.

*Couple of hours later*

I look over at my clock it was 7:30AM only slept three hours later but I slept for 5 hours in total I tried to go back to sleep but I know I couldn't so looked back at the time it was now 8:15AM so I got up and grabbed my towel and a clean set off clothes for today and stepped into the boiling hot water dripping down into my hair I spend only 10 minutes in the shower then stepped out of my room I had a whole floor to my self so I considered myself quite lucky and I headed for the elevator then Friday spoke up

"Where would you like to go Mr Stark?"

"The training room please Friday thank you. Is there any thing happening today Friday?

"Not that I am aware of Peter"
That was one thing Friday could never do was stay with one name sometimes she says Mr stark sometimes she says Peter but she always called mum and dad boss and boss lady but me Mr stark and Peter I don't mind it but I just find it odd

Friday opened the door to floor 105 the Avengers training room or was the Avengers training room but dad kicked them out so I use it. It was the only way I managed to get through Mays death which was 6 months ago I still miss her a lot but now I have motivation for working out and for Spider-Man. So I went over to my corner where I usually go to and I took off my shirt I hate working out with a shirt on because it's uncomfortable and I can't see if I am progressing or not

So I started doing sit-ups but on the wall using my powers to stick and with my powers I don't get tired that easy so I did 225 for 2 sets

I went over to the salmon ladder dad made this salmon ladder for me specially because I can't get tired that easy and I could do a normal salmon ladder 10 times so he made one extremely tall it 15ft (I know that might sound impossible but it's marvel so anything is possible)

Then I did bench press I didn't want to over do it so I did 500kg for 3 sets and 15 reps then I went over and did my core workouts I don't need to do core workouts because of my spider-bite I can eat whatever with my fast metabolism I cannot lose my abs but I will do core workouts anyways because I like the burn so I do it.

"Mr stark boss would like to let you know that breakfast would be ready soon so you better have a quick shower so you're not sweaty for breakfast."

"Ok thanks Friday"
"No problem Peter" and with I grabbed my stuff and went up and went to my floor which is 109 right above mine is 110 which is my parents so Friday can tell my parents when I'm having a nightmare and get there quickly I got a quick shower and went to floor 107 which has the living room dining table/dinner table and kitchen mum dad and I don't normally use the dinner table unless Uncle Rhodey comes round then we sit at the table but if not then we use the kitchen island. I walked into the kitchen and my mum and dad was there

"Morning kiddo" Dad said I also rolled my eyes at him calling me "kiddo" because I'm 14 but dad ruffled my hair like he did every morning then my mum came up and kissed me on the cheek like what she does every morning and I like how they both do that

"Morning Peter"

"Good Morning"

"How was your workout? What did you do?" Dad curiously asked

"It was good I did my usual but I didn't do my pull ups my back was hurting from patrol last night."I said

"Is it almost healed?"mum concernedly asked while passing me 10 pancakes due to my high metabolism

"Yeah it should be heal in a couple of hours"

"That's good I need your help with my iron boots the thrusters are completely fucked I can't fix it I can't see what the problem is so can you help after my meeting?"dad asked me which surprised me because dad is smarter than me or so I thought because he is Tony Stark the smartest person in the world.

"Yeah I can have a look at it but if you can't seem to find the problem with it I probably wouldn't be able to but we wouldn't be able to know if we don't try."

"Thanks kiddo ok I got to leave now you cannot listen into the meeting like you normally do with your super hearing promise me that?"

"Ugh fine I promise" I really wanted to but I didn't want to cause problems because dad has been really stressed this week and I want to help him but I can't it also doesn't help I've also been stressing him with my nightmares

With that dad kissed mum and left then mum spoke up" I also got to go because I got to produce the new Stark phones which you also need to test" with that she kissed my forehead and left so I went over to the couch and watched Friends.
