The horror in the halls

The narrow escape

Cruz had gone silent, he didn't answer his messages to the group chat after saying he went to poop...I don't know what's wrong but something is..I have a bad feeling in my cozykittens23 petite stomach.

As I ventured towards the bathroom Cruz went into I feel on edge, the dim lighting and the flickering bulb above me, as I creep towards the door of the bathroom I hear a horrible crunching sound. I peek my head around the door to see Cruz's mangled leg on the floor, and Mr.Taco standing in the bathroom covered in blood, suddenly his head whips towards the door and I quickly pull my head back and hide against the wall.

I put my hands over my mouth and try to inch away from the door when I hear the croaky voice speak "who's....who's out there...it's class time.." as I hear his foot steps start towards the door I make a break and start running down the hall. I look behind me and lock eyes with Mr.Taco, as I turn around the corner to the hall I hear heavy bounding footsteps and a high pitched screech behind me.

Shit he saw me. I quickly bolt down the stairs in the science hallway and make a break for the sped bathroom. As I run past the library I see kids in cocoons, and teachers patrolling all around them..god just what was happening.

I didn't have to time to focus on that as I heard big thumps in the stairwell, I kept running until I made it to the gender neutral washroom, I hear him run past me and up the hall panting...I'm safe for now..just for how long?
