I walked out of the court building as I won another case. This one was easy though.

"Hey wait up!"

I stopped walking half way the stairs and turned to look into the eyes of Russell. I'm not even sure what his first name is.

"Can I help you mister Russell?"

"Uhm... yea. I was wondering how did you get all that information?"

"I was hired by the government which means I get access to whatever I need to win a case."

"Can I... can I have your card? For if I ever need a lawyer. I'm a fan of how you work."

I looked into his eyes that were full of hope as I handed him my business card.

"My office number and e-mail address are on the back. Give me a call when you need my help."

"Thanks..."

"You're welcome."

"What's your name?"

"Miss Huntington..."

"I know... I meant your first name."

"I beg your pardon?!"

"I was wondering what your first name is."

"I heard you correctly the first time but I do not see the use in telling you my first name if you are interested in my professional help."

"So you're not telling me..."

"Indeed I am not telling you."

"I did not know that people could even talk like class now a days."

"I take that as a compliment... thank you. Now if you will excuse me... I have other clients who require my attention."

"Yeah... of course."

I gave him a nod before I walked down the stairs and climbed into my car as I instructed my private driver to go to the office. It was only a 10 minute drive and while driving I just stared out the window to reset my mind and get my full focus on the next case. Work is going and going. This industry never has a stop. After a while we arrived and I stepped out of the car. I went into the huge glass building and rode the elevator up to the ninth floor. I walked to my office while my phone rang.

"Hey mom..."

"Darling! You finally picked up I've been trying to reach you for so long!"

"I know mom. I was in court... doing my job."

"Right... and while you are working you are missing the opportunity to find yourself a husband and finally be useful."

"Mom I already told you I am not interested in one of your set ups and I am certainly not interested in becoming a house wife."

"Oh darling you don't know what's good for you... it's time you start listening to me."

"No thank you mom. I make my own decisions about my own life."
