Part 19

A few hours later

Selena POV

I sat in the room with Alex talking about what we would do next. Alex and Aspen slept during this time because they have insomnia trying to catch a few hours of sleep when they had the chance.

We tried to help them with spells and potions but nothing helped so they try to have at least one nap during the day. I told him that the Vampire Prince is my mate. He congratulated me on finding him and said I had to inform the Elders about him. 

'' Do you think what decision they will make? '' asked Alex 

'' I suspect they will force Alice, Carlisle, Esme and Edward to finish off Victoria and her army which I suspect she is creating. I'm sure they will give them a time limit by when they have to change Isabella or kill her. I know they don't want to get on the bad side of other species. I suspect the Kings will send some guards to monitor the situation '' I replied 

'' What about your Mate? '' asked Aspen yawning 

'' We'll get to know each other better and see how it goes '' I replied 

'' How much did we sleep? '' asked Max and I looked at my watch 

'' You slept  4 hours. Food is on the table near the window. Jane brought it not long time ago '' I replied with a smile 

'' I hope the Kings make a good decision '' said Max 

'' I wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of Our Elders myself '' added Aspen 

'' Ours and others '' continued Alex 

We heard a knock on the door, I took off my privacy spell when Alex opened it and Demetri stood in front of us, as I recall. I know he has the gift of tracking but I know I can easily block his gift 

'' The kings have made their decision. Please follow me back to the throne room '' he said seriously and we followed him 

'' Ah here are the young wizards '' said Aro 

'' We have two things to convey to you '' he continued 

'' First let's deal with what we decided for the four vampires '' said Caius 

'' The Cullens were responsible for this mess they have two months to clean up the mess they made. If they fail to make it they will be sentenced to 100 years of starvation in our cells and Isabella will die a painful death '' said Marcus 

'' I spoke with young Rose who told me everything she knows about the situation and thanks to your standing up for them Selena. They will escape punishment because they wanted to get rid of Victoria right away when you killed her mate '' said Aro

'' I know the school year ends in 10 weeks so we are giving you until the end of July to change Isabella. If they don't, they will be sentenced to 100 years of starvation and suffering, after which they will be executed by being burned alive. Isabella will die a painful death '' continued Marcus 

'' BUT! '' wanted to protest the golden child 

'' But NOTHING! '' shouted Caius 

'' It's time for you to learn that your actions have consequences,'' he continued 

'' That's one of the things Carlisle forgot to teach you. But know that our old friendship with him will not protect you from the punishment that awaits you if you do not do as we have told you '' said Aro firmly. 

'' Jane, Alec, Felix, Demetri and Dominic joined your return to Forks. They will stay there d until you finish your tasks. Selena I have a request that you inform the nearby pack of our decision '' said Caius 

'' Yes we know about them. Young Rose did not want them to be exterminated for no reason. They can call us us or  go to the Elite if they have questions '' added Marcus

'' And the other thing? '' asked Alice

'' It's between Selena and Dominic '' said Caius firmly

''Would you come with me to my office so we can talk peacefully? '' he asked and I looked at the rest of my team. They nodded their heads for me to go with him and that the three of them can manage 

'' Lead the way '' I said 

'' You're taking our private jet so you don't have to rush the conversation '' said Aro and I followed Dominic out of the throne room
