Chapter 7

Heyy guys, sorry I haven't been so active, but I had to focus on school and other stuff. But now I'm back! Hope you enjoy.

My alarm woke me up at six and it was safe to say I was not well rested, and it showed. I had bags under my eye and my hair was a mess. I decided to take a quick shower and then I packed my bag and was ready to go. I woke my sister up to tell her I would be going along now and then I took a piece of bread and was out the door.

We all met at 7am in the parking lot of the rink. I didn't take my bike because I didn't want to leave it here in the parking lot, so I just walked. I liked walking so I didn't really mind.

Everyone was gathered by 7 and the bus was waiting for us. I hoped I could find two seats that no one needed, and I could sleep comfortable. We all got on the bus, and I hurried to the back so I could fetch me two seats. I sat down on the seat that was closer to the window and put my bag on the other one so no one would sit there.

I plugged my headphones in and put on some music to help me sleep. I really hoped I didn't have I nightmare this time. I slowly drifted off to sleep.

The water took pushed me down and I saw the air bubbles escaping from my lungs as I sunk deeper and deeper with no one to save me. I was sure this was the end.

I suddenly woke up panting. At first, I was confused as to where I was but then I remembered. I looked around to see if anyone saw that I had a nightmare and I almost screamed when I saw jake sitting beside me. "What are you doing?", I asked him. "Well, I just saw that this seat was empty, and I decided to sit here.", he said casually. "Where are my bags? You know I was saving this seat!", I was really annoyed with him. "Well, I put your bags away you don't need two seats. Also did you just have a nightmare?", he asked me as he looked at his phone. "What! You really just took my bags and put them away so you could sit here? What the hell! And no, I was not having a nightmare!", I was so done with him and just wanted this whole thing to be over so I could stop skating with him and forget him. He really creeped me out. I was waiting for an answer, but he was just looking at his phone like he didn't even hear me. I decided to just ignore him too and try to sleep till we arrived.

I woke up just as the bus stopped and everyone was getting ready to leave. I also tried to stand up, but Jake was blocking my way. "Could I please get to my bags?", I asked annoyed. "Oh, just because you asked so nicely princess.", he smirked and let me through. As soon as those words left his mouth I cringed. Zane also used to call me princess and although it was kind of annoying, I didn't really mind. But when Jake said it, I wanted to slap him, but I knew that would just cause drama, so I ignored him and walked off the bus.

When we arrived in front of the hotel Olga gave us our keys to our rooms and told us to do what we wanted, but we needed to be well rested for the competition tomorrow. I went into the room with Hayley, she was the girl I would be staying with. She had blonde hair and blue eyes. The perfect girl in many people's eyes but I knew she didn't have a personality.

I didn't unpack my bags because we won't stay here for longer than two days and I didn't feel like packing everything up again tomorrow. Then we just laid down to sleep a little. We both woke up at 5pm and I decided I would try to get to know Hayley better. Her and I weren't exactly friends, but we were civil with each other, and she told me she and the other girls will go out to a nearby club because one of them knew the owner so they would let us in, and she asked if I'd like to come with them. I didn't have anything else to do and I really needed something to do so I agreed. We soon realized I didn't bring any fancy clothes with me, but she told me one of the girls brought an extra dress and she would lend it to me. I was very grateful to her, and we all got ready together. I put on some mascara and highlighter but like I said I didn't have any foundation or anything like that, but I didn't mind.
