A whole week has passed since my mate and Gianna were welcomed into my pack. I can't believe I get to call her mine. She says she's the lucky one but I'm the one who got bless with a badass mate.

Throughout the week I introduced Maya to some pack members and took her on dates or evening walks, even with how busy I am being Alpha of a whole pack I make sure to take time to spend with my mate. 

'She's perfect'

'I agree Damon, I agree'

A soft knock sounded through my office. 'Come in' I called to whoever was on the other side.

Irene entered bowing her head slightly "Good Afternoon Alpha, Luna sent you lunch. She spent the morning in the kitchen with the cooks helping out and asked me to bring lunch to you."

My heart swelled at how thoughtful she is. I smile unknowingly taking my food from Irene dismissing her. I wish she were here to eat with me 

I wish I could talk to her via mind link. But I have to wait for her to be ready for that.

'hey buddy, ' Dom says rather cherry 'Your mate is a good cook and an amazing baker. She, along with the help of Saya{Kitchen cook-head chef} made brownies and fudge and it tastes heavenly.'

'Alsoo the pack is really warming up to her. They love and accept her a Luna already so whats stopping you form having a ceremony?'

I was beyond glad the pack accepted her. If they didn't well they'll have to answer to me. 

'We will have the ceremony when my mate feels ready. And don't you have work to be completing instead of eating deserts in the kitchen Beta?' 

'Such a mood kill my friend and FYI, I completed everything you told me to do. Gia and I are going out for a date later. So you're on your own. Don't worry paper work will keep you company while I'm away' Dom snickered

Sometimes I really wonder how I haven't gotten fed up of his childish antics

tick tick tick I was counting the seconds till I was free from the office.

Freedom

I rush down the stairs striding towards the forest. Damon need to be free and I needed the run.

I shred my clothes in the process but I have many more so no big deal.

My wolf was pure black. I was taller than the average wolf, my fur glistened under the sun. I start off with a trot then I run. Damon enjoys the feel of the wind blowing through his body and the rush it gives you.

I let Damon take full control. I trust he wont do anything stupid.

we ran for a while ducking or jumping over fallen trees once in a while. I noticed at some point we slowed down

'Maya is near' 

That got us both excited 

Every time she's near I get like a teenager with a zoo of butterflies in my stomach. I'm really whipped for her.

Slowly we approached her. I bowed my head acknowledging her presence and as my mate. She inched closer to me rubbing her fur against mine.

I guess storm is in control today.

I faded into the backseat allowing the two wolves to play and know each other.

 We chased, played in a river, chased some more, play fight. I was surprised how strong Storm is. normally not many can match an Alphas strength unless you're an Alpha your self. 

the sun went down and soon we had to return back to the pack.

We raced back, me being in the lead and my mate behind I looked back to see she hadn't followed me. I stopped

It would of been really handy if I could communicate with her through mind link right now.

'thud'  

My little minx climbed through the trees and jumped on me. we both landed with a thud against the earth but I didn't care. 

I didn't know wolves were so skilled at climbing trees. She made it look soo easy and I didn't even hear her coming.

Nearing the pack house we both shifted behind a tree dressing into the clothes tucked behind it.

"You never told me you could climb trees" I said closing the distance between us planting a kiss to her cheek.

"Wellll" she drawled out "You never asked mate"

 She entwined her hand in mines leading us inside toward the kitchen.

"Koennn" A familiar annoying voice squealed. Aria

In a flash she was against me her nails digging into my arm while she look up at me with battering eyelids 

A growl emitted through me and I pushed her off 

"Koe-"

"How dare you do that to me while in the presence of your Luna. my. mate"

I bellowed. she cowered back "she's not my Luna. she isn't from this pack and I hear she's a rogue" She looked at my previous mate with disgust.

before I could say or do anything next Maya spoke up. "Listen here she-wolf I don't care who you are or what your place in my pack is. Don't touch my mate like that again and don't be disrespectful to your Alpha female."

Each word Maya walked up to her slowly until she was right in-front of Aria. She looked total badass.

"You have a problem with me take it in prayer to the goddess or leave" 

Aria huffed, turned on her heel and stomped out the kitchen going else where 

When it was just us in the room I hugged her " That was so hot mate. You making me fall for you more and more every day" I whispered
