"Ha~ this feels great~" y/n sighed as she bathed in the hot spring in the wordsmith village. At this, the other slayer, Shinazugawa Genya, face turned bright red.

"Y/n?! When did you come out?!" Tanjiro exclaimed also turning red.

"A hot spring is here, of course I'm not going to miss it," she answered as she covered herself with her wings, "why make a big fuss about it? It's a puplic hot spring."

"Right..."

"I'm finished..." Genya said and quickly left.

As it become more darker, Nezuko also came out and joined them.

"Nezuko~" the winged demon started to cuddle her and she gave in. Both of the siblings knew that she was in a very good mood now, maybe because of the hot spring.

Later that night, they met up with the love hashira and had dinner together.

"I finally get to know you and Nezuko better, how wonderful!" the love hashira exclaimed happily.

"It's also wonderful to meet you," y/n answered and smiled at the scene before her; she was playing with Nezuko who giggled joyfully.

"You don't seem to be angry like everyone says," Mitsuri began.

"Oh?" y/n replied and turned to Tanjiro, "do I look unfriendly normally?"

"Not at all," Tanjiro shook his head.

Mitsuri explained, "Rumors has it that you were always in a bad mood, but they're all wrong! Maybe it was because the first impression at your and Nezuko's trial but you're so nice y/n! You know that? And Nezuko is also cute~"

"Maybe I know why..." the winged demon muttered as she started to think back.

Flashback:

After that day where the trial was held and where Ryu got sick, the winged demon started to growl and death stare every kakushi she saw in the butterfly estate and even some hashiras who came to visit for a quick check up.

End of flashback

"Anyways, thank you, you're nice too, Mitsuri, and thanks for your support."

After their dinner and chat, they took a walk in the hallway until a female kakushi came and she looked a bit shy to disturb their time but Mitsuri noticed her. She went up to Tanjiro and whispered, "I heard that there's a secret weapon here that can make you stronger," she started, "Try to find it, okay? Bye now!"

Tanjiro's nose started to bleed.

Y/n: "..."

After some days, Tanjiro started to train with the six armed doll and the small boy named Kotetsu didn't allow him to eat if he didn't land a blow on the doll.

At first, the winged demon thought he'll be alright but the kid was literally serious about not giving him food or water. It pained her heart to see him starved and exhausted.

Tanjiro's pov

"Hm? I smell... Meat?" I sniffed the air and my stomach growled which made me whine, "I'm so hungry... But Kotetsu don't let me eat..."

"Eat." I heard y/n say next to me and I saw a freshly grilled meat in front of me, "You don't say a word, I don't say a word and he'll never know." she said and shoved the meat inside my mouth.

"Thank you y/n!" I exclaimed and started to eat the meat while I sat on the ground, "What meat is this? It's good!"

"Rabbit, do you want more?"
