Jax pov:

I *was* peacefully sleeping until Caine wakes me up to do another stupid adventure. I groan and get out of bed I quickly get dressed and walk to the main area, I can see everyone else already up and awake. Caine explains to us how there's going to be a 'villain' we have to face and we need to figure out how to stop them.

It sounds pathetic but I'm too tired and really can't be bothered to tell him that. Caine disappears like he always does and I see a figure appear on the stage. Which I'm assuming is this so called 'villain' Caine was ranting on about.

They have 4 arms....huh...odd. Caine didn't tell us if they have powers or anything, so defeating it should be easy right?

I run up to them and try punching them out they just use one of their arms and flick me away...I smash into the wall..."how are they so strong?" I think to myself.

"What is your problem?" I scoff, I can't deal with this right now. "Just let me win so we can get this adventure over with..." The creature stares at me And rolls their eyes.

"And give me A reason to listen to you?"

How exactly do I give them a reason? I can't...so I keep my mouth shut.
"Thought so..."

"All the villains we faced have had some...fancy ass powers...what are yours? If you're so "amazing"" they put one of their many hands on their hips "well...I can...*insert power of choice*"

"Seems pathetic..." I say, but in reality it's actually kinda cool...I wish i could do that. We sit in silence for a couple seconds when I finally speak up. "So...let's just make it quick and snappy, how do I exactly defeat you?"

The villain ponders for a second before they reply. "I could tell you...but if you defeat me as I am only a challenge and one of Caines many creations, when you defeat me I will disappear"

I raise one of my eyebrows. "Why would I care if you disappear?"
"Right, right well, let's say this. I have hidden 3 gems around the tent, it is you and your friends job to retrieve them and bring them to me. Once returned they will merge into one and become a key to a box that box will trap me inside it forever and...well...the adventure is over and the box will just well disappear"

"Sounds easy enough" i mutter. I think for a second "but the tent is huge, his exactly do I find them?" "Hmm...clues I suppose"

I frown. And set off with Ragatha to go find the gems, I notice a piece of paper which I'm guessing is one of the clues. I turn it over in my hand and read the text.

-here, people lay when they get overwhelmed and stressed possibly close to abstraction....be careful where you step.-

Ragatha leans over my shoulder to read it, her eyebrows furrow "maybe they mean where the rooms are...that is where Kaufmo abstracted and we all lay in there?" "Seems about right" u reply and slip the paper in my overall pocket.

We make our way to the rooms and I use one of the keys to unlock Kaufmo's door, I gently push it open. I see something glimmering under the bed. I crouch down and pick it up....it's a sapphire

"Hey dollface check this out" i hold it up and Ragatha runs over. "Jax! That's one of the gems!" Ragatha smiles and my eyes widen. We found one!

We continue searching and finding clues....a ruby in a area between some colourful shapes. We also find a amethyst underneath the stage.

We rush back over to where the villain is standing and band them the gems. They turn them over in their 4 hands. "They are definitely the real ones. Congratulations you passed"

I look at their face and notice their kinda hurt... they connect all the gems forming a beautiful shiny key..the box appears and the key slots into it fitting perfectly.

They start getting sucked into it and I feel bad...they will be gone forever...I stare for a second before grabbing onto one if their arms as they get slowly sucked inside..."I'm sorry...I should've listened..I forgive you, I don't want you to go!"

Their eyes widen at my comment..."thanks Jax....goodbye..." "B-but!" They get sucked into the box and it falls onto the floor with a little thud. I pick up the little box in my hands and watch as it disappears...

The adventure over....their gone...forever....I don't even notice Caine is back i just stand feeling hopeless....I will never see them again....ever....I dont even take notice to the food sitting infront of me...I suddenly feel so lonely...

Looong chapter I'm SOOOO tired- I rlly need to sleep omfg...I can't keep my eyes open- I hope u enjoyed :3
