It's really been a while 🤓☝️ so ik I said I would update more, but school kinda got in the way and I have the biggest fucking hsr hyperfiaxtion rn. And my wife is coming soon 😍 (Boothill my beloved) episode two was fire🔥. I haven't written in a while so this might not be the best😣

I was just fixing up my hair / picking out an outfit for the day when Ragatha knocks on my door. I raise my eyebrow in curiosity and open it peering through.
"Oh! Hey Ragatha." I say softly giving a small smile. She gives me a wave and puts one of her hands on her hip.
"Caine said that we were going to go to the carnival today, it's just outside the tent!"
Even though I've been here a while, I've never really left the tent all that much, so this was new! It would be a change anyway.
I finished getting ready and followed Ragatha outside to see everyone already there. The rides were big and we had it all to ourselves, it was great! I giggled and went on a couple rollercoasters with zooble but I hate to grab her arm so it didn't fly away out of the kart as we went around a loop.
There were surprisingly a lot of rides, I've been on just about everything! Apart from the Ferris wheel. But it's boring and all slow, so why would I anyway? I prefer the big, fast paced rides. They're much more fun! In my opinion of course.
I was starting to get pretty bored going around the same rides over and over...and besides the moon was slowly starting to come up taking the suns place. I peered up into the sky watching the sunset in awe. That's when I felt something tug on my hand. I quickly jolted around to see who it was.
My gaze instantly softened as Jax stood beside me.
"Oh..uh hey..what's up?" I said as kindly as I could. It wasn't often Jax gave me small sweet gestures like this, so I couldn't ruin it.
Jax thinks for a moment, he looked pretty embarrassed even a small flush prominent on his cheeks, he's even looking down at his feet too.
"Well...Y/n...I was sorta wondering if you wanted to go on the Ferris wheel with me?"
I let out a small sigh, I couldn't really be bothered to go on it. But it was Jax, i couldn't turn him down right? I looked at him for a moment before nodding.
"Yeah sure..cmon let's go."
We got into a cart and I looked over the view of the tent. It was beautiful in a way, maybe I was starting to like it here after all. Maybe everything isn't so bad. I was lost in my trail of thoughts when I felt Jax's fingers slowly touch mine on the bench. I started at him my cheeks beginning to blush lightly.
He stared right back at me giving a small subtle smile. He brushed some hair out of my face and chuckling before leaning closer to me, I leaned closer back my fingers lacing in-between his.
I genuinely thought we might just kiss.
Then Caine snapped his fingers and we were suddenly back in the tent...thanks a lot...
