We were all sitting at the dock waiting for the pilot. Since we couldn't sit in the house as we watched that get burned down completely this morning. All wood. Nothing left.
"Sarah when did you say the pilot was getting in?"
"Probably like an hour? I mean once he's here, my dad says we can leave whenever we want." she tells us.
"Okay as much as i would love to ghost my parents again. I can't." Pope tells everyone.
"Pope, we're talking about El Darado here. Can't you like slip out the back?" JJ suggests to him.
"Great advice." Kie says.
"Always worked for me. How to avoid unpleasant circumstances 101. If there's a problem you don't wanna face, turn that face and kiester around and walk the other way."
"Because it's worked so well for you in the past" I add in.
"I'm not doing that. I'll be there but i'll meet you guys at the airstrip in an hour." Pope tells us before walking away followed closely by Cleo.
"I'm gonna take a stroll back to the shack. For old times sake. I always wanted to go to South America. Great surf, cheap weed. See you guys on the tarmac." JJ says, leaving us as well.
"Guess i'll go pack some stuff and break the news to my parents. Hey Jayj wait." Kie calls out to JJ as they both walk off.

Everyone had left to go tell their parents i had stayed with John B and Sarah. We're now at the tarmac where we met up with JJ. The others still weren't here.
"Dude where is everybody?" JJ asks.
"Maybe give them five minutes?"
"We should get in the twinkie and go get them." JJ suggests.
"There's Pope and Cleo. Right there." Sarah interrupts the boys to point out Cleo and Pope on a motorbike.
"Were you guys waiting on us?"
"Yes we were and your late."
"Where's Kie?" Everyone's wondering.
"Her parents have been fair up her ass for ages, they have to be why she's taking so long. I doubt they'll even let her go. I wouldn't put it past them to kidnap her or something." I roll my eyes at the thought.
"Well i don't think that's happened but we need to go." JB tells us.
"Look give me the keys, i'll swing by her house and see what's going on." I tell my brother as he throws me the keys. "Give me an hour."
"I'm coming with you." JJ turns around.
"What no, J it's fine. Stay here. I'll be quick."
"No i'm coming." He tells me as he starts to follow. Swear once his mind is set he doesn't change it.
"Fine. Are you kidding me?"
"That door opens bro." Everyone yells as JJ jumps inside the twinkie through the window instead of opening the door like a normal person.

"Why do her parents look like they've been crying?" I ask as i pull into Kie's drive way.
"They definitely got into a heated argument or something." JJ replies.
"JJ do not come on my property. Not even a little bit." Mike tells him as soon as we step out of the car.
"Look, we don't wanna come on your property Mike. We're not here to make friends, we're here and you know why. So where is she?" I ask.
