A photo of Alexa's outfit attached to this chapter. (:
I hope this chapter makes up for the short chapter before.
Happy reading!

I left the loft early, half an hour earlier actually. The trio had left for their little trip fifteen minutes before so I had no other choice other than walking. I plugged in my earpiece and skipped along to the beat of Marvin Gaye by Charlie Puth featuring Meghan Trainor. With a press on the 'shuffle' icon, I made my way to Tesco.
Twenty minutes later, I was panting and sweating but I had reached my destination. What a workout. Turns out, skipping really helps you get to your destination faster. That shall forever be remembered. I decided to go into Tesco for a bit since I was in fact early by 10 minutes. Plus, I was sweating and sweaty me is not an attractive sight, trust me. As I pretend to be engrossed by the groceries there in order to not look like an air-con freeloader, I thought about how girls manage to pull off the sexy look when they're sweating. Why can't that happen to me? That is so unfair. I went to the back of the shop where the chilled drinks were stored in the cooler. I opened the cooler and let the chill air hit my face. I let out a satisfied sigh at that. Some seconds later, I felt my phone vibrate.
Did you stand me up?
It read. It was from none other than Rix of course.
No, why would you think that? I'm waiting for you.
Seriously though, why would he think I bailed on him? It's not like I get to go on a date with a cute guy everyday. Wait, was this a date?
Whaaaaaaaat... Where are you then?
I looked at the time on my phone. 1.07 pm. I walked back to the front of the shop. I looked out the transparent door and saw Rix looking at me. He gave me a small smile and in return, I waved at him. I exited the shop but not before glancing over to the cashier. She gave me an eye roll and muttered something incoherent. I chuckled to myself as I made my way to Rix. He was wearing a washed out denim jacket with a white shirt underneath paired with black jeans and black Chucks.
"Our date hasn't even started and you already have the 'I-want-to-take-all-your-clothes-off' look? Real classy, Alexa." He teased, scrunching his face up for effect.
"You wish I was checking you out." I scoffed, trying to hide my blush. I looked around the parking lot and spotted a few cars. I turned back to him to see him staring at my butt.
"Oh my god, you're such a hypocrite. Stop checking me out, perv." I smacked his arm playfully.
"So you admit you were checking me out then?" He smiled.
"I wasn't. I just like how the jacket looks on you." I replied mindlessly. Well, it was partly true.
"So where are we going?" I asked him.
"I know it will sound really cliché if I say this, but it's a surprise." He responded with a side smile. Cute.
"You're right, it does sound cliché but whatever, we all need a little cliché in our lives." I smiled back.
"Sure we do. Let's go." He grabbed my hand and walked me to his car. I swooned internally at his touch. I wish he would never let go. As soon as I thought that, his hand left me. My heart sunk for a second and I could swear I pouted too but regained my neutral expression in an instant. Wow, I sure am getting super girly over this guy.. He pulled me next to a sleek black Porsche.
"Why are we here?" I asked, confused to what he was doing. No way was this his car... He looked around carefully and bent down to my ears.
"We're going to steal this car." He whispered before speed walking to the driver side and stared at me.
