Our Childhood (Law x Robin)

Part 10

Nami and Ussop were sitting outside of Yasuie's house. Nami seemed to have been in deep though, there was something going on and she wanted to know what it was.

Nami sighs.

Nami:
"Ussop, do you think there something going on with Robin?"

Ussop looks at her tilting his head.

Ussop:
"I don't think so."

Nami:
"I'm so sure, but it seem like there's something going on between Robin and Tra- guy"

Ussop:
"You think they're dating?"m

Nami sighs again.

Nami:
"I'm not sure, it's just a gut feeling"

Ussop:
"You could be right, both Tra- guy and Robin aren't here, I think she left around the time Tra- guys nakama came back"

Nami eyes squinted. At this point had to find out the truth, was her best friend dating someone and she didn't tell her? She knew Robin would probably have her reasons to not tell anyone, but she still felt a little sad.

Nami:
"I'm positive that there dating, I just don't have enough evidence"

Franky walk outside and heard their conversation.

Franky:
"Who's dating?"

Ussop looked at Franky.

Ussop:
"Nami thinks Robin and Tra- guy are dating

Franky:
"Maybe, all I know is they are childhood buddies, so they are pretty close"

Nami:
"That is true"

Nami sighs and leans back a bit, using her arms to support her.

Ussop:
"Even if they are dating it none of our business"

Franky:
"Yeah! We should just support them."

Nami:
"Yeah, your right, how nice would it be if I had a boyfriend that wasn't dumb and was loaded"

Ussop:
"All you ever think about is money"

Nami grins.

Nami:
"Of course, why wouldn't I want a guy that's rich, it benefits me"

Nami eyes turn into berry signs just thinking about it, then she sighs and rolls her eyes.

Nami:
"Too bad all these guys now days, are all simple minded, perverted or complete idiots"

Franky laughs.

Franky:
"It's like your describing, Sanji, Luffy, and Zoro"

Nami:
"I am."

While they were talking Sanji comes up twirling towards them with a tray of food in his hands.

Sanji;
"NAMI- SWAN!!"

He bows down in front of her, bringing his arm out to show her the food.

Sanji:
"Your food my lady, you must be hungry"

Nami takes the food.

Nami:
"Thanks"

Ussop:
"Hey! What about us, we're hungry too!"

Sanji glares at him.

Sanji:
"You don't get your food until later, now where Robin- Chan?"

Franky:
"She's not here"

Sanji:
"Then what am I going to do with this extra food? I'll give it to Shinbou- San"

Ussop:
"You can just give it to me!"

Sanji:
"No! Ladies first!"

Ussop sighs tears coming out of the side of his eyes.

Ussop:
"So unfair"

-(Back in Rasetu town jail)-

Robin finished cleaning Law's hat,and they are getting ready to leave back to Ebisu town, Robin puts Law's hat back on his head and she gives a light smile.

Law:
"Thanks"

Robin:
"Mhm"

Law stands up and tries to find his balance. Robin takes his hand and they walk out of the cell, they jail was empty making it easier for them to slip out without detected.

Robin:
"They are probably wondering were I am, especially Nami"

Law:
"You didn't tell them you were coming here?"

Robin:
"No, I just left"

Law;
"Why would Nami- ya care?

Robin giggles.

Robin:
"We usually tell each other about a lot of things"

Law laughs a bit. He hand her his sword, Kikoku, and swoops her off her feet. Robin is a little surprised at first but she giggled and wraps her arm around his neck for support. Law uses his ability to get them closer to the town's gate.

-(Ebisu town)-

Law and Robin had just arrived back at Ebisu town, they were heading back to Yasuie's house. Along the way, Robin had wondered whether or not she should tell Nami. Nami was her really close friend and they usually told each other about almost everything, after all they are the only two women in the crew so they naturally hit it off. She has eventually decided to tell her, they was no harm in it, and it just meant she could have her friends know about her relationship with Law.

They arrived back at Yasuie's house and Nami was at the front still waiting for Robin to get back. Nami had spotted them walking towards the cabin, and they weee holding hand. Nami couldn't help but be surprised and happy.

Nami:
"Robin!?"

Robin looked at Nami then back at Law.

Robin:
"Ara~ Nami, sorry I ran out with saying anything"

Nami:
"I was right! I knew you were dating"

Law sighs.

Nami:
"But why didn't you tell me?"

Robin:
"Sorry, we were planning on telling everyone together"

Nami:
"So I'm the first one to know?"

Robin:
"Yes"

Law:
"Could we wrap this conversation up?"

Nami looks at Law, she was thinking about hitting him but she didn't especially in front of Robin.

Nami:
"Robin what do you say about having a girls night?"

Robin:
"Ara~ that sounds nice, especially since things are going to be hectic in a couple days"

Law looks stunned.

Law:
"I thought you were going to stay with me tonight?"

Robin:
"Oh, sorry Law- kun"

Robin smiles at him hoping to maybe make him feel better, but his frowning face didn't cease, she giggled and leaned closer to him and kissed him cheeks.

Law:
"I guess it alright... but you're all mine in the morning"

Robin nods. Nami tools her arm into Robin's and they walked off as Robin continues to wave to Law. Nami and Robin were headed off towards the town. The days we're counting ever so close, second by second went by. There fight against Kaido would not be an easy one, and there are certain to be lives lost, but making the most of the time they had now was most important.
