Extended Summery

Jennifer Charlie Halstead is the youngest Halstead sibling and she is always the biggest cheerleader to all her friends and family. When she turned 18 she moved to Seattle to go go college and that's where she met her best friend Abigail 'Abby' Grey. The two girls both wanted to become firefighters and as soon as college was over they both joined the fire academy, in Chicago. Abby said goodbye to her sister Meredith Grey and flew out to Chicago with Jennifer and they worked hard before finally becoming firefighters, they were both shocked when they were both placed as candidates at firehouse 51, something that has never happened before.

Jennifer and Abby proved themselves day in, day out and promised each other that they would always look out for one another and that's what they both did. Being back in Chicago also meant reuniting with her brothers Jay and Will Halstead, the siblings had always had a close bond, well Jennifer did with her brothers however her brothers didn't always see eye to eye. Growing up Jennifer always wanted a sister and meeting Abby, she gained two sisters.

Jennifer made friends with the whole firehouse, so did Abby and they both had their fair share of accidents both on and off shift until one brought an end to Abby's life.

Jennifer was broken when her best friend was pronounced dead, she took it upon herself to phone Meredith, her best friends sister, she didn't what her to hear it from a complete stranger, she knew if it was her she wouldn't want a stranger telling her if it was either of her brothers.

And thats where our story begins, Jennifer Halstead is trying to come to terms with loosing her best friend and that itself is harder than she had ever expected.
