In a dimly lit room, smoke from a cigarette fills the space. Then, a man's hand picks up a cigarette from where it rests, lit in an ashtray. The man then proceeds to take a long drag. The light from his cigarette reveals his facial features that depict a middle-aged man, his face is tired, and his skin is cracked and dry. His hair is silver but still full.

He then places the cigarette back in the ashtray and proceeds to say in a deep, tired voice. " You say you remember nothing of these events? Well, let's see if this can help you remember?" He then opens a thick manila folder between them on the cold metal table. Images of weapons and bullet hole-riddled cop cars slid out, a picture depicting a grainy black and white photograph of a van caught CCTV cam.

The man then places a tape recorder on the cold metal table and hits the record button. After a drag from his cigarette, he says, "This is Detective Fox Mulder with the Blane County Sheriff's office and interviewing?" There is a long pause until Detective Fox says in a mildly upset demeanor, "Miss, can you please state your name for the recording?" The young woman sitting across from Detective Fox in a metal chair remains quiet. The woman and Fox share glances of anger and frustration, and The Detective then says, "Well, let's see if this can jump-start your memory." Fox then pulls out a stack of stapled papers together and opens the first page.

A stranger washed his face in a bathroom sink, then turned off the faucet and looked up in the broken mirror. It reflects a young man in his late twenties with black hair cut short, his ethnicity resembling some type of caucasian, and green eyes, but one of his eyes was blackened and swollen. He then inspected his pursed eye closer. Then, out of nowhere the bathroom door was kicked open. And then three guys walked into the bathroom, they all matched the stranger's age or close to it. The guy in the center was clearly the group's leader.

His face was red from anger, and his knuckles bloody, his attire was a red t-shirt and black pants followed by black sneakers. He had a big build to him. He then spoke, with anger in his voice, "Hey Ricky, where are you going? We aren't done with you yet. hell, I thought you would have put up more of a fight." Ricky then broke his gaze from the mirror to the group of guys with a slight grin on his face. Ricky then replies, "Ya, Tucker, that's what your mother said last night." Ricky then pushes himself back off the sink to stand on his own. He then raised his fists and said, " I didn't hear no bell." Tucker then rushed Ricky and prominently landed the first strike, dropping Ricky to the ground. Ricky was now gasping for air, trying to recover from the heavy blow.

The other two guys then join in on the beatdown. The reflection in the shattered mirror displays the brutality of three guys beating the hell out of Ricky. After what felt like hours to Ricky, the three guys finally backed off, him now tired and out of breath. Tucker prominently told Ricky, " I see you as much as look at my girl, and you're going to be breathing out of a tube." The three guys then left the bathroom. Now with a chance to breathe, Ricky gathered the last of his strength and got up off the floor.

He then wipes the blood off his face, his once blacked-eyed now bleeding, his shoulder is sore and bruised, and probably dislocated. He then stumbles out of the bathroom to see campus security chasing after the guys who just attacked him. Ricky then turned down the hall to head in the other direction but ended up standing in front of a computer security officer who would escort him to the dean's office. Now, sitting in the office, Ricky could finally catch his breath.

The dean looked very disgruntled and bitter. The dean then removed his glasses and stated, "Look, Ricky, we can't do this anymore. You come in here once or twice a week. When you're not cutting class or breaking some student's skull open, you are either run from campus security or law enforcement. " Ricky replied, "I don't know what to tell you. I have tried to change, but nothing seems to be working." The dean then led back in his chair and said. "But have you tried Ricky?.... I don't know what to tell you but this is it you're expelled. Grab all of your stuff and get out of my school." Ricky, looking surprised, said, "Well, what abo...." The dean interrupting Rickys said "No, your done here it's over. Pack up and go home. Also, see the nurse before you leave. The last thing this school needs is a bleeding kid out front in public view." Ricky then, after seeing the nurse, would walk out of Davis Community College, and he would turn his back on the education system. Deciding that he would attempt to make it in the real world. He then started his walk home and towards downtown Los Santos.
