Jaehyun looked slightly surprised at his words. He turned back to glance at Lisa. As though he hadn't expect it, he raised a brow and asked, "Senior, you know Sister Lisa?"
Jungkook merely stared at him with his cold eyes.
"But it doesn't matter whether you do," Jaehyun eyes were still bright and ignorant, clearly not knowing his place. He kept up with his rocky posture although his voice was clear. "You might have more experience than I do, but when it comes to these things, I think the person is more important than the trick."
"The person?" said Jungkook in a lazy tone of voice. "If that's the case, you can head home for a shower and go to bed."
"..."
Jungkook couldn't be bothered with his nonsense and turned. "Lisa."
Lisa finally caught up and said, "What's up?"
She glanced at both their faces, but she had no idea what they'd been talking about.
From what Jaehyun had mentioned back in the bar, they probably knew each other. Plus, the way Jaehyun didn't react when Jungkook dragged him forward like a sack...
They're probably close.
Lisa suddenly felt like she was interrupting them.
Jungkook stared at her and asked, "Did you drink?"
She nodded, "A little."
"Are you stable on your feet?"
She wasn't sure why he was asking that, but Lisa replied honestly, "Yeah."
"Do me a favour, then," Jungkook brought out his car keys from his pocket and toss them towards her. "Get the car over."
Lisa caught it.
Before she could even say anything, Jungkook raised his hand and grabbed Jaehyun, saying, "This junior of mine really had too much to drink. He can't even put a foot in front of the other."
Lisa glanced at the boy and asked, "Do you need help?"
"Forget it," Jungkook held onto Jaehyun as he took a step forward. He wasn't gentle with his actions and the boy's face a beginning to become red. "You're so clumsy with your hands and feet, how're you going to take care of my delicate little junior?"
"..."
Lisa didn't say anything about his attitude. "So where's your car?"
Jungkook gestured with a tilt of his head. "Over there."
Jaehyun was having a difficult time having the back of his clothes grabbed, but he was already midway through, he couldn't just drop the act. He glanced at Lisa was was a few metres away from himself while putting up with Jungkook's sarcasm towards himself.
And suddenly, the drunkard act wasn't such a good idea after all.
They reached the parking lot under the pass and Lisa rushed to the car to open the backseat door.
Jungkook followed behind and sloppily shoved Jaehyun in the backseat.
Lisa returned the keys to him. She paused and wondered if Jungkook would be willing to give her a ride. She decided against the notion and voluntarily backed off.
It was Jaehyun who voiced out, "Sister Lisa, why aren't you getting on?"
She slowly shifted her gaze towards Jungkook.
He was standing next to the backseat, his dark orbs staring right at her with a raised brow. Without a word, he shut the door to the backseat.
The rejection was pretty obvious.
