It was a few days after the incident with Draco. Y/n had started working out and practicing martial arts everyday at the room of requirement.

One night , Dumbledore and Snape were making rounds to check if any student was out of bed. When they came across the room of requirement, they saw the door was slightly open.

Both of them peeked inside and saw y/n training. So see the video above. (Im sorry I am obsessed with anime and martial arts)

She levitated the wooden board and jumped and kicked it in midair, breaking it. The moment she landed, both professors entered. Dumbledore said, "That was quite impressive y/n. Wasn't it Severus?" "Yes, quite impressive" said professor Snape sarcastically. "Now y/n I assume that you are well trained in martial arts." Y/n nodded. ''I would like for you to train Severus.'' "WHAT?! NO!" shouted professor Snape. Y/n said ,"Alright professor Dumbledore. When should I start?"

Dumbledore told her that they could have training everyday after dinner, ignoring Snape's protest.

Time skip to the next day after dinner

Professor Snape, should we start? Asked y/n. Snape said, "Why would Albus suggest this? I am already trained in combat." Why don't you try to land a single attack on me professor? If you do I will not attempt to continue" Snape scoffed at this. He said ok.

Start said yn. She had one hand in her pocket and the other opened in a defensive manner in front of her. Snape started to attack her but she dodged every one of them. This continued until he was exhausted. He finally gave in and the started with the lessons.

Y/n attended her last class of the day which was dada. She got detention for 'not paying attention in class.'
Lockhart gave her a task of signing fan mail with him. He offered her a cup of tea. She did not want to seem rude so she accepted it.

The moment she drank it, she started feeling weird. She accidentally blurted out , "Your eyes are beautiful professor." She immediately realised what was happening. She barged out of the class and went straight to the potions classroom. She knocked and Snape asked her to enter.

She rushed in and asked Snape, "Professor, do you have an anti-love potion?" He nodded and asked who she needed it for. She embaraseddly said herself. At this point Snape was on the verge of laughing. He asked her "how did that happen?" Jokingly. She said, "Woow. Im surprised you know how to joke professor." Snape only glared at her as he handed her the potion. She quickly drank it and said, "I am so going to get Lokbitch for this."

She explained everything to Snape and the next day, Lockhart was fired.

A few months later,

Y/n and professor Snape had practically become friends because of lessons everyday.

Though neither of them would admit it, they were slowly falling for each other.
