Hallelujah

Sorry for the late posting, I wanted to post this by Saturday but maybe this will make up for it? I had a bunch of stuff going on so... yeah. Enjoy!
Also the song isn't called hallelujah, it's called change but I think hallelujah works better.
Thanos stood in front of Tony, both of their eyes blazing with anger. The monsters had stopped fitting at Thanoses command. The rest of the Avengers stood behind him, ready to help. Peter looked at the rest of the warriors, the pegasi in the air, with beautiful women riding them. Lots of spaceships littered the air with much much more people on the ground, including Peter. Peter was amazed at how many people turned up. They needed all the help they could get.

"You think you can defeat me, Tony Stark? I am inevitable," Thanos growled. "Hand over the time stone."

Tony looked at Dr. Strange and smiled, "Not gonna happen grape, although I gotta say, I love your persistence."

Thanos growled and took a step forward.

"I will give you one last chance, surrender and give me the time stone."

Tony simply smirks and shakes his head. Peter sensed it before it happened but he couldn't do anything to stop Thanos's arm that swung and hit Tony in the face. Tony fell to the ground and Peter ran forward until Peter held him off. Tony's face was bruised and bloodied but Peter couldn't let him give up.

"And it's a sad picture, the final blow hits you," Peter sang.

Peter tried to sing as loudly as he could but he doubted anyone would hear, but Pepper did.

"Somebody else gets what you wanted again," Pepper sang much more beautifully than Peter.

Peter smiled and sang again, "You know it's all the same, another time and place."

This time a few other Avengers heard.

"Repeating history and your getting sick of it," Shuri, Captain Marvel, and Steve Rogers sang.

Lucky for Peter Thor also knew the song.

"But I believe in whatever you do, and I'll do anything to see it through," Thor boomed.

After that, all the avengers heard the singing, except Tony, Thanos, and some of the pegasi women and space ships.

"Because these things will change, can you feel it now?

These walls that they put up to hold us back will fall down. This revolution, the time will come for us to finally win, and we'll sing hallelujah. We'll sing hallelujah, oh."

This time almost all the avengers were singing.

Thanos and Tony still hadn't em heard so they snag even louder.

"So we've been outnumbered, raided and now cornered

It's hard to fight when the fight ain't fair. We're getting stronger now, find things they never found. They might be bigger, but we're faster and never scared." The avengers sang.

This time everyone heard. Thanos looked at them in confusion and Tony smiled.

"Aw, the mortals are singing before their deaths, how cute." Thanos growled.

"You can walk away, say we don't need this, but there's something in your eyes, says we can beat this," when they sang that Tony smiled wider.

"'Cause these things will change, can you feel it now? These walls that they put up to hold us back will fall down

This revolution, the time will come for us to finally win! And we'll sing hallelujah. We'll sing hallelujah, oh," the avengers sang beautifully, as one and Tony seemed to be getting more strength but Thanos punched him and Tony fell to the ground, on his knees.

"Look, even Tony is bowing to me!" Thanos laughed, Tony's eyes blazed with anger but he was too weak to do anything.

"Tonight we'll stand, get off our knees, fight for what we've worked for all these years," the avengers sang and Tony looked at them, singing together, as one.

Tony slowly got up and cheering went out through the avengers.

"And the battle was long, it's the fight of our lives, but we'll stand up, champions tonight. It was the night things changed, can you see it now?

These walls that they put up to hold us back fell down. It's a revolution, throw your hands up 'cause we never gave in and we'll sing hallelujah!" The avengers yelled more than sang and Thanks growled.

"You will never defeat me! Attack!" Thanos yelled.

The monsters pressed and fighting started. Very now and then when I monster was slane you could hear a cry of "hallelujah!" It gave people hope, every time that was spoked another enemy was destroyed. Peter fought.

Time skip... sorry in advance...

The battle was over, but at what cost? Tony was lying half dead on a rock and who knew how many other people were dead? Peter didn't have time to check though, right now he had to get to Tony. Peter ran around dead bodies, not paying them any attention, he didn't want to see who had died. When he finally arrived Tony was almost dead. Pepper kissed Tony on the fore head and backed up for Peter.

"T-Tony I need you! You can't die!" Peter sobbed.

Tony smiled, "I-it's okay..." he slurred. "Just tell me one thing, w-what was it that you were s-saying?"

Tony could barely choke out the words.

"W-when?" Peter asked, tears rolling down his cheeks.

"When you k-killed a m-monster." Tony's words were more slurred now.

Peter smiled, still sobbing.

"We sang hallelujah."
