Peter was tired. So bone achingly tired. His eyes felt droopy and his head felt like someone was banging it over and over again on a brick wall. He was also so very hungry form not eating in three days and to top it all off, he hadn't gotten sleep the last few nights because he had to do school work.

Today was Friday which meant Aunt May was at work, so Peter was going to be a Mr. Stark's for the night. He was currently walking back from his last class of the day, history. Today it was boring as usual and he couldn't wait to get to the tower.

Ned was out sick and MJ had an art competition to go to so he had been alone all day. He was glad because that meant he didn't have to pretend to be happy. He could just get the day over with.

When that period was over he had a decathlon meet that Liz had scheduled so that the team could grow closer. When he walked into the classroom Cindy and Betty were talking in a corner while Liz, Flash, and Abe talked to Mr. Harrington. Peter was too tired to do much of anything so he simply walked in and sat down.

"All right, now that Peter is here let's get started." Liz said waking Peter out of his stupor.

Everyone sat in a chair as Mr. Harrington left since he didn't need to watch over them.

"I thought we could ask each other questions instead of using the flash cards." Liz said smiling which woke Peter up a little.

He didn't like Liz, it's just that she was cute. No one could not feel fuzzy seeing her smile like that. People started asking each other questions and Peter just fell back into his stupor.

"Peter you with us?" Liz asked.

"Huh? Oh yeah sorry," he muttered rubbing the back of his neck.

"Well then, what are the three types of matter?"

"Gas, solid, and liquid." He said immediately, it was hardly a difficult question.

Clearly Flash thought so too because he interrupted, "Wait how come penis gets all the easy questions?"

"If you think Peter is getting easy questions you can ask one yourself, Eugene." Liz stated emphasizing Peter and Flash's names.

"O-oh ok, um... what percentage of the earth is covered in water?" He asked smugly.

"Easy, 71 percent."

"Hah! That's wrong! It's 75!"

"Actually it is 71 Eugene." Betty interrupted.

Flash stayed quiet the rest of the meet and so did Peter. By the time it was over Peter was unbelievably tired, he had skipped lunch too so he was starving.

When he walked out of school he saw a farmilier black Audi and he started towards it. Suddenly his spider- sense tingled, he knew someone was about to shove him but as much as he wanted to, he couldn't move unless he wanted his identity revealed. So he let himself be shoved and as he fell, and felt blood dripping from his nose. Nothing bad, it would probably stop in a few minutes.

"Penis Parker, bet you didn't see that coming! Why'd you embarrass me in the decathlon meet?"

He questioned right after Peter stood up.

"I didn't Flash, I just answered your stupid question. Anyway, I didn't have to, you embarrass yourself enough." he stated, rolling his eyes, he new he shouldn't have acted so sassily but he couldn't help it. He just wanted to go home.

"You'll regret that."

He punched Peter continuously until Happy came to stop it.

"Woah woah woah, who do you think your punching?" Happy asked stopping Flashes punch with his hand.
