delilah hanby and stiles stilinski had never really been friends. at least not until delilah had accidentally walked into a conversation about scott's lycanthropy while she was eating a turkey sandwich. for their sophomore year, asshole teachers and d grades were the least of their worries while the town of beacon hills was under siege. werewolves and human sacrifices? not on her list of top ten things.
what was on her list of top ten things? falling in love with a sarcastic boy that hated her optimism and ultimately naive approach to the daunting challenges of the pack. the two of them were polar opposites, it could never work. stiles had been hung up on lydia for years, and delilah paled in comparison to the strawberry blonde. it broke her heart, but a smile was still plastered on her face. she was still the light at the end of the tunnel.
delilah was no longer the strange girl with mismatched socks and badges. she was a fully fledged member of the pack.
ever since delilah had learned of scott's fanged double life, she had vowed to stick by the caramel boy's side, even if it meant dealing with the constant pour of his raven haired companions pessimism. the boy practically laughed in her face when she would offer solutions to his problems, poking fun at her rose tinted glasses. even in the face of certain death, delilah had a tilted grin on her face, clutching the hands of her best friends and greeting the reaper like an old friend.
it was okay. delilah was always okay. she had just the right amount of insanity to keep the pack glued together. even when people were intent on ripping it apart.

hello babies!! i've kept the original cast of teen wolf, and while i do not support some of their actions, i cant see anyone else playing them. i couldn't help but cast jensen as delilah's dad. dean winchester would've been an awesome girl dad and i stand by this. as always, please leave comments and let me know how you're liking the story! i'll try and update weekly but uni is beating me up recently so they may be a bit longer!
