I let out a soft weep, "I'm sorry! I won't do it again! You're hurting me- please let go." I struggled against his hold, trying to free myself, but it was no use. His grip was like iron, and I was completely at his mercy. His grip tightened for a moment before finally releasing, laughing like a villain. The sound sent quivers down my spine as I rubbed my aching wrists."You should do what's best for you and stand still." He warned me as he turned to face the enormous imperial staircase. "Guys come down it's here! And I'm starving." He called out.
It? Starving?!
Not even a second later, a man flew down the steps, moving with an inhuman speed. "Lucas, why must you always be so loud?" he said smoothly. He took a step back, his eyes scanned my frame from head to toe, like he was zooming on every inch of me. I wished I could read his thoughts and understand what was running through his mind."Well... are you gonna introduce me to your new blood bag, Lucas?" he continued, never breaking eye contact with me. His gaze was so intense that it felt like he could see the bacteria crawling on my face. The tension in the room was growing fast, and it took everything in me to not try running away again.
"Well, this is..." He looked at me intently, "Nicki... she's going to be here until she becomes of no use."
Um, there are two things wrong with that sentence. What do you mean, "No use?" I'm not a fucking easy bake oven! And lastly, who told him my name?
The other guy stepped closer, his lagoon eyes unsettling, "Welcome home ma chérie, my name is Giovanni but you can call me Gio." He smiled and ran his hand through his curly hair. I was too scared to move, my heart pounded in my chest. I didn't even notice two more guys had made their way down the stairs.
"Nicki, meet Hendrix and Z." Lucas's face had suddenly started to look puzzled. He stared at the two men confused for a bit. "Where's Monty?"
"He still refuses to come out of his room." This man had a deep voice, one that could probably charm anyone. He resembled Gio, but he looked a bit older. His hair flowed down his shoulders in waves. Despite my fear, I couldn't help but take in his aura.
"Maybe he won't come out because he's too busy having wet dreams about Val," the other man said. He was a lot shorter than the rest, but there was something different about him. He seemed human while also being a vampire.
"Z. Please, don't you see that we have a woman guest here." They both fixated their attention on me.
"I'm sorry dear. Please excuse my friend Z, I'm Hendrix I see you've sadly met my brother and Lucious." Something about the way he spoke led me to believe that he was in charge and had the answers I craved.
"Um... does she speak?" Z giggled hysterically like he'd seen the funniest thing ever. His laugh made me feel as if I had to vomit. The noises that came out of his throat sounded like they were in pain. His blonde hair was in a high man bun, his laughing made the bun shake harder the more he laughed.
What the hell is so funny? Am I joke? Is this a joke? Please I need to get out of here.
"Okay. Enough Z. Meet us in the dining room... and please put a shirt on... I want to enjoy my food without looking at your boobs." Lucas grinned showing off his deep dimples.
After everything that happened, this is where my story ends? Who are these vampires? I need to find an escape? Or maybe I could stick around, I mean,
I have no where else to go.︵‿︵‿୨♡୧‿︵‿︵
