Tumblr Girls

The definition of a "Tumblr Girl" has many characteristics.
Sometimes I wonder if there even is a girl who is 100% a Tumblr girl.
The 14 steps in order to become a Tumblr girl:
1. Wear high-waisted shorts
2. Wear crop tops.
3. Have perfectly tanned skin.
4. Have your hair in a messy bun.
5. If you can, get piercings.
6. Find the perfect lighting. That could be in your car, your room at mid-day or night, and especially your bed.
7. Angle your camera, and don't have it too close to your face. Show your shirt, at least. Preferably to the mid-thigh.
8. Have perfect makeup.
9. Get tattoos if you can.
10. Become highly offended to anything on your dashboard.
11. Become generally annoying to the public.
12. Say how inconsiderate people can be even if it wasn't offensive at all.
13. Stay on Tumblr all night wrapped up in a blanket.
14. Be annoying and become insecure (not completely) about your body (even though that's one of the most offensive things you can do). Yet say you are being yourself and you love yourself.

Regarding the last step, step 14, this one is very offensive.
A lot of people are actually insecure about their body, and this Tumblr girl may just slip into that abyss of sadness. She may even become depressed. But sometimes, these girls fake it and it'd be more or less for attention, but for the idea of being "basic".
Tumblr girls are thought of as basic. It's a formula. That may not be necessarily true, but okay.

Steps 10 and 12 work together. A Tumblr girl will become offended to anything and anyone. For example:
*someone takes a picture of a crooked curtain blinds*
Tumblr girl: This is so offensive! Have any of you thought of people who can't even have blinds? That don't live in house? People who feel as if their life is like this crooked curtain blind? You probably made them feel even more depressed.

I've seen stuff like this before.

There's also a difference between appearing as a Tumblr girl, and being a Tumblr girl.

If you appear as one, you have Uggs, sweaters with leggings, high waisted shorts, crop tops, and your hair is in a messy bun. You may also be addicted to tumblr.

If you are truly a Tumblr girl, you appear as one, but you also act like one. You find everything offensive, and you are often found annoying.
