After leaving Richard on the ground, Ciel ran into the long corridor where the others had also entered.
He heard sounds of a fight in progress and headed in that direction.
When he got close enough to see clearly, he could not believe his eyes.
Sebastian was covered in wounds that, however small, were numerous and limited his concentration on the fight. He had taken off his jacket as usual so as not to ruin it, but the rest of his suit  was dirty and tattered. He paid no attention to his master's arrival but continued to fight James, who, despite finding himself in the same state as his opponent, did not intend to give up.
Ciel was disgusted by that sight, especially by his butler who had sworn to him that he would be in at least a decent condition.
-:Sebastian!:- shouted the count. With a leap, the butler managed to dodge a kick from James and rushed to  Ciel with his head bowed.
-:Bocchan...I am deeply sorry for my unsightly state:-.
Ciel looked at him in silence. -:If you don't get it done quickly, we'll never get to Victor, I'll wait for you here:-.
Sebastian looked up and obeyed. He stood up and stretched his back. With one hand he pulled back his hair and the wounds quickly disappeared. James took up a fighting stance -:Your regenerative capacity is impressive, it is 8.36 seconds faster than mine, I'm afraid I will have to be harder on you:-.
Sebastian grinned at those words.
-:Usually, when I have to fight I prefer to get it over with right away, but on the one hand I don't like to reveal all my power, so I only use half of my abilities to study my opponent:-.
-:What are you implying?:- asked James nervously -:You're bluffing, you wanted to waste my time and energy but you are exhausted, how long have you been starving yourself? You're so weak that it was enough for you to exhaust yourself with Paul, and since I'm a gentleman I'll do you the favour of taking you out without making you feel anything:-.
Sebastian disappeared.
James checked everywhere to spot him but he couldn't see him, and more importantly, he couldn't sense him.
-:You should be grateful:- said an almost mischievous voice behind James's back. As he turned around his chest explodeded, pierced by a hand with long claws passing through it.

Sebastian swiftly removed his hand and James fell to the ground, forming a pool of blood. Ciel approached the demon's body, whose scarlet eyes sought to speed its regeneration. The Count used the demon's blood to draw a rhombus around it and uttered a formula in aramaic. -:My butler may have been good to you but I am not like him, I think you know this barrier, if you move your pain will increase and if you try to cross the lines, you are dead:-.
-:Damn you!:- sighed James.
-:I know:- said Ciel as he walked away with Sebastian.

A loud, insane laugh echoed throughout the house.
-:Undertaker:- said the butler.
The two set off in search of the shinigami.
The walls seemed to get more and more battered as they ran. Victor had clearly not held back.
A halo of dust and debris from destroyed objects led them to the scene of the battle of the two brothers.
Undertaker and Victor, united only by the bond of blood and their strange way they acted towards people.
Both looked at each other with the same arrogant air and a disturbing smile on their faces.
Ciel was undecided as to which of the two was more problematic but Elizabeth's sleeping body on a table brought him back to reality.
Undertaker waved in his direction.
-:How nice to have you here Count! How are you doing Sebastian? Nice little game you have going on, and with the cooperation of my annoying little brother you amuse me even more:-. He tried to stifle a laugh with the long sleeves of his suit.
Victor unsheathed a long axe with blades at both ends, the air became thicker and a powerful golden aura emanated from his body.
-:You won't be laughing after tasting my victory for the second time:- and triumphantly he drew an arc with his spear ready to strike his opponent.
CLANG!
Undertaker's scythe had intercepted the blow, releasing a strong gust of air between the combatants.
-:Victor, Victor, you were always so sure of yourself...:- the shinigami pushed his brother back as if he were made of feathers. -:But your confidence never led you to realise that you are weak compared to me:-.
-:You died at my feet, brother! You breathed your last breath with a look of not only helplessness but also hopelessness on the ground stained with the blood that I had shed!:-
-:How can you give yourself the privilege of showing off? I died by my own hands!:-.
Undertaker attacked by jumping into the air and hit Victor so fast that he was unable to dodge, ending up lying on the ground with a shinigami on him.
Undertaker laughed wickedly and approached Victor's face to look him in the eyes and in an unusually serious voice revealed what had really happened.
-:You filthy worm were never able to beat me, so you decided to eliminate just a piece of me, you killed my Eloise after sacrificing myself for her, making me die with anger and hatred instead of hope and happiness, you always did that, my every joy turned into sadness and because of your envy you continued even at the moment of my death:-
He grabbed Victor's neck and squeezed.
-:You will not do the same thing after my death, if I am here today it is only because of your ignorance:-.
Victor released his grip on his spear and tried to free himself from Undertaker's crushing hand. He choked harder and harder and began to take on a bluish hue. He tried to say something but eventually his eyes rolled back and he stopped moving.
