Once I am back in the room alone. I took my phone and started typing.

"Who is this?"

I heard a chime after a minute. My heart beat faster and I opened my WhatsApp to see,

"I thought you would never ask"

"Do I know you? Please stop playing pranks. I don't have your number."

"Of course, till yesterday, I too didn't have your number. You may know me. I am a popular, you know?"

If Sakthi sees this, she would say, "Narsistic vibes" but I guess he is just joking. Wait is he a he?

"Look girl, I am not interested in playing games now. Who are you?"

"Hey, I am not a girl. I am a boy"

I started laughing. Sakthi entered the room watching me laughing.

"What series are you seeing now?" she asked with a smile.

"No no. I am just texting"

"To whom?"

"'My sister" Why did I lie?

"Oh, how is she? Is she back from her honeymoon? She is having a loooooooong honeymoon dude."

" No she is not back and yeah she planned 15 days"

"Oooo.. She is my inspiration"

"Ok, I am going to the library. You wanna join?"

"Nope. But bring me puffs or samosas when u come"

"Okie"

I took my phone and saw there were two messages from Mr. X.

"Won't you talk with him?"

"I thought u were straight. Please be bisexual at least"

I smiled.

"I would talk with a he and I think I am straight, not a lesbian, bisexual I am not I guess. How about you?"

"I am straight. Alright cutie, I have to go now, catch you soon"

"Hey, what's your name?"

"I will tell you soon. Bye"

I Don't know what to feel. My friends won't approve of my teenage behaviour but I would like to take a chance. What if?

We have one life and carpe diem I guess.

Oh man, I know I am just convincing myself but I want to see where this goes. I will tell Sakthi that I texted him once she is back. I don't want to lie to them. They won't judge me.
