Brazil had been on the edge of a civil war for almost a decade now, but according to the news the government met some of the people's demands.
"Revolution?" Jade yelled "Now!"
"Yeah.. now" Iris's voice shook
"Maybe we can use this to our advantage, use it to flee to places outside the country?" Jade presented
"Maybe... But we have to move quickly." Iris spoke calmly
"Dubble time," Jade said, starting to run down an ally.
Running down ally after ally, for hours on end, they eventually took shelter in an abandoned house, about 4 miles from the Brazilian border where they were letting refugees free.
7:00 pm
Wednesday
Along the way, they managed to run into the old man from before who could make Iris her passport. Now they just needed to get into Peru and catch a plane back to the United States. But with no phone, she hadn't had the chance to call Zack and tell him he was right.
(Back in the States)
"What do you want from me Zada?" Zack questioned. They were supposed to come back 24 days ago, and now there's a revolution in Brazil, I mean what do you want me to think?
"I don't know okay?" Zada yelled. " but I do know that Brazil and the US are working to get refugees out of the country, we can only hope Jade and Nadia make it out.
"She wouldn't be in this situation had Nadia never been here" Jake snarked
"Oh will you stop it Jake, Nadia is a kind girl and she was nothing but nice to you!" Zada yelled.
"Yea and now Jade is missing" Zack snapped
Zada turned to walk out of the house.
"Where are you going?" Zack yelled
"Away from you Zack, until you can come to the fact that this isn't Nadia's fault" Zada replied.
