"Don't worry" I'm on top of my motorcycle rubbing with my good hand "mama will be riding you soon, don't you worry" Bella shakes her head staring at me "don't just, my baby is feeling jealous"

"Your baby" Bella repeats struggling not to laugh, we're outside washing her truck. Well I'm checking her oil and engine making sure everything is fine before going to my motorcycle "Charlie hates"

"And?" Kissing the metal before closing my eyes continuing to caress my motorcycle "my baby hasn't been ridden in years! Centuries!"

"Dramatic" Bella comments before gasping, we hear a thud and I open my eyes seeing Edward here on top of Bella's truck before jumping down to the ground. I finally know why their eyes are golden, Bella and I have been spending time with Edward mainly because I don't want to spend time with Paul since he keeps coming around and Edward offered for me to tag along. I don't like how they drink animal blood, Bella loves it. How? Beats me "Can you at least act human? I mean we've got neighbors"

"I'm going to take you both to my place tomorrow" Edward informs us before fixing the dent in Bella's truck.

"Thanks" Bella thanks "uh? Tomorrow? Us meeting your family?"

"Yeah" he stares at me "Uh? What are you doing?"

"Making sure her baby" Bella answers as I spend time with my motorcycle "doesn't feel unwanted" Edward looks from her to me amused.

"If this was your truck" I say "you'd be the same—don't worry, mama is here. Mama is here"

"Wait!" Bella asks Edward "what if they don't like me?"

"So your worried" Edward repeats in a question "not because you'll be in a house filled with vampires but because they won't approve of you? Genevieve?"

"You know you can call me Evie" looking at him "and I don't really care, right now my focus is on my baby who needs all the love and attention"

He nods his head before looking at Bella who shrugs her shoulders exasperated "Glad we amuse you" she then asks worried "what is it?" Getting off of my bike, going over to Bella seeing Billy come over in his pick up truck.

"A complication, I'll be here tomorrow at noon" Edward answers leaving us as Billy drives into the drive way. He smiles seeing us but I don't return it as Bella is oblivious.

"Hey" Bella greets as Jacob helps Billy into his wheelchair "here to see your truck?"

Jacob laughs "Looks good" handing Billy the fish fry that Harry Clearwater probably made "for the dent out"

"Yeah" nodding her head

"Actually" Billy stared at me "we're here to visit your flat screen, first Mariners game of the season. Plus Jacob hasn't stopped bugging me about seeing you again, Bella"

"Thanks dad" Jacob mutters

"Just keeping it real" Billy promised "how's your wrist Evie?"

"You know" waving my purple cast in the air "still in a cast because of an asshole whose name rhymes with Saul"

Bella whispers "Subtle"

"Vitamin R" Dad comes over showing us the beer he bought.

"Well done Chief" holding up the fish fry for Jacob to take "Harry Clearwater's homemade fish fry"

"Good man" Dad hands Billy the beer before pushing the chair.

"Any luck" He asks "with that Waylon case?"
