Taking a step outside the air had a chill to it; it didn't make me nervous but I didn't like it all the same. A small but noticable shiver comes from my body but it no chillier than the cave; and I have been adapting to it, even it it has been a slow progress of it. Following the bouncing teens in front of me we walk to the back of the manor finding one of the most beautiful and vibrantly colored garden I have seen in Gotham; and I've seen what Ivy can grow but that only compares to the variety of these flowers. Jason walks up behind me "We've been working on this since Dick's first years being here. We've all made a mark in it with our favorite flowers and/or color of flowers." Pausing a moment the thought of not knowing what my favorite flower is seemed to have; well in terms I understand, saddened me. Though it doesn't show through any actions Jason reassured none the less "Don't worry. We'll find your favorite; it usually has some form of meaning to us, no matter what it is." The feeling of an arm wraps around my neck with Tim walking beside us "Yeah plus this is actually the best type of bonding we'll ever have; especially finding out what you like." Nodding my head I've walked up to the rows mixed flowers and kneeling down next to one; you don't have to have some form of plant powers to even just see the thriving plants managing to live a way of peace. Little bees were going from plant to plant with spring being here in the next week or so; watching one land in the flower in front of me. Cass kneeled with next to the flowers "Come on; Bruce, Duke, and Alfred just got out with the garden supplies." She holds out a pair of gloves to me and I carefully take them from her; sliding them on my hands as she does the same with a pair of her own gloves. Standing looking to Bruce behind me I see him holding a couple buds of flowers unbloomed but with buds ready to be planted "Come on guys pick a flower and start planting it." Cass took a hold of my wrist and jogged over and grabbing a few buds and handing them over to me; though I didn't grab them right away, for some reason it didn't feel right to but do so anyways. In the back of my mind it's almost like I can hear Him mocking me for indulging such human ridiculousness. Actually, I've found my hesitancy is from the possibility of the plant dying as soon as I touched it; even though I'm wearing the gloves. My eyes slitted for a moment as I had slipped into the 'other' mindset for a moment before returning to normal and looked over at Cass; she was giving me a strange look that resembled concern, I must have been staring at the plant like I was going kill it. She places a hand on my back and nods over to the garden, Damian taking a step next to us with a few buds of his own "Come, you'll actually be able to find this relatively relaxing. Even I find such a dirty activity quite enjoyable Jelena. And that's something coming from me." Damian walks ahead of us and walks to one of many empty spot in the garden and digs in the soft soil; I follow behind Cass as she makes her way over to him as he was prepping the buds to be planted. I silently watched as Cas was doing the same as Damian, and soon she holds out a bud to me; again I was hesitant, but I took the bud tenderly in my hands as though it was glass. I kneeled down next to Cass as I planted the bud in the soil and covered it. It felt odd. A life I held in my hands, without it dying. I felt a sensation spread from my chest that I can recognize as...peace? Though the emotion didn't make a facial change to show this new emotion but...am I able to feel the emotions I thought I have lost?
