As Y/n returned to her room, she felt a wave of exhaustion wash over her. She couldn't wait to get some rest before studying with Tom. She slowly made her way to her bed, feeling the softness of the carpet beneath her feet, and fell onto her bed, feeling the coolness of the sheets against her skin.
She closed her eyes, taking a deep breath in and letting all of the stress of the day dissipate. Her heartbeat was slow and relaxed as her eyes began to close and she fell asleep in seconds. She woke up to a gentle touch. Y/N opened her eyes and saw Harper. She looked at Y/n and asked, "Is everything okay?"
Y/n nodded and sat up and wondered how Harper knew. But then she realized that her eyes were probably still red. Harper could tell that something was bothering her, so she gently asked about it. Y/n then opened up about the stress she had been experiencing lately, without mentioning Henry, or anything else like that. Harper listened and hugged her. As they parted ways, Y/n felt grateful to have such a caring friend in her life. Harper stood up and started unpacking her bag. She had been in Hogsmeade with Vivian. She took out a bag of sweets and a nice dress. The dress was green and it was made out of silk. Y/n looked at the dress in awe and said " That is beautiful Harper, but what is it for?" Harper smiled and turned while holding the dress in her hands.
" I know it's early but It's for Yule Ball"
It was September and the Yule Ball was still three months away. Y/n thought of asking if Harper had a date, but it was too early for that. Then Harper opened a bag of Honeydukes and handed them to Y/n. Y/n picked up a coconut ice-flavored candy and popped it into her mouth. It tasted sweet as she chewed, the creamy, smooth texture of the candy melted away, leaving behind a deliciously sweet taste on her tongue.
" Coconut ice is my favorite flavor," Harper said as Y/n took another one. "I think is mine too" Y/N replied with her mouth full. Then she asked if she could see the dress on Harper. And without hesitation, Harper slipped into the dress and twirled around. It looked beautiful on her.
But that made Y/n wondered when she should get one and if she would be going to go with anyone? Luckily Yule Bass was far away.
Evening came and Y/n started to wonder. Tom hadn't told her when they were going to study or where. She walked around the room thinking. Then suddenly she heard knocking at the door. She opened it and saw a note on the floor.
I will see you at the library in an hour

Hour later. Y/n arrived at the library. There was no one there so she looked around and chose a comfortable place from the windowsill with pillows on the edge. She chose the place because she could see the magnificent scenery of Hogwarts from the window.
