The dense foliage of the rainforest creates a natural canopy, shielding a hidden figure amid the gently pouring rain. You sat crouched, hidden between the thick roots and stems of the large trees. The grass caressed your feet as if sensing your melancholy spirit. The wind created a soothing melody in the atmosphere, which helped to calm your roaming thoughts.

Your cowardly position was that of a person who felt threatened and fearful. Tears streaked softly down your purplish cheeks. The fauna of Pandora watched you through the thick trees of the rainforest. Their soft whimpers and mewling echoed throughout. They could sense your broken spirit, which made them keep their distance to not break the peace surrounding you.

The way you sat was an invitation to any predator. However, that wouldn't happen. Eywa was covering you, and if a predator were to encounter you, they would feel comfort, yet at this moment, comfort was what you needed.

You played absentmindedly with your long white hair, no longer in a braid except for your queue. You blankly stared at the ground with a distant, tearful gaze. Your fork-like tail curled around your leg, and your large ears were pressed against your head, only twitching now and then.

It was clear. Kiri despised you, which you knew. However, you never realised it was so intense that Eìmì disliked you. What Eìmì said to you the previous day affected you more than you realise. Were you truly just accepted to be in the clan out of pity?

It wasn't that you felt insecure—actually, you did. Eìmì mentioned how you were pitied. How Neteyam only brought you here for the sake of pitying you for how you were left in the smoke. So you were just helped and rescued from possible death, all because of Neteyam pitying you? He was Eìmì's mate after all, so why would she lie about Neteyam and how he doesn't truly care about you?

Then there was Tuk; a smile made its way onto your lips, but it was instantly replaced by a frown. Did she pity you as well?

When you arrived at the Omaticaya clan, you didn't ignore that you were looked at as some sort of undefined creature. You curl into the form of a cocoon as your silent tears fall down your distressed face.

The sounds of distressed fauna echoed throughout the rainforest. Still, your significant, sensitive ears curved against your head, almost hiding from the surrounding nature around you. The lush green grass gently curved against your body, almost trying to inform you that you are not alone, but your mind was distracted.

How you missed your mother. Trudy would know what to do. She could explain why you felt so hurt and affected. She would embrace you tightly, constantly saying words of comfort despite your height difference. Then there would be Grandma Atki, who would tell you stories about her travels from different clans. They would comfort you in their unique ways, which would always help..but now...you were alone.

Tears continue to fall, crystallising your lush purple eyes. It was mildly cold but warmer than Kiri and Eìmì's welcome. It would be idiotic to say that you didn't care what they thought because you were a young, naive Na'vi who was not used to such pain.

With the soft rustling of the pitter-patter of raindrops, Tuk slowly opens her bright yellow eyes with a soft yawn. She smiles as she is met with Kiri and turns around, but a frown makes its way on her lips. You weren't there beside her, your usual spot. Kiri grumbles at the Tuk's movement.

'Tuk, stop moving around so much..' Kiri's voice drones with sleep as her eyes are half opened.

'Where is Y/n?' Tuk sits up, rubbing the sleep away in her eyes, which only helps a bit. Kiri subtly rolls her eyes at the question but gently smiles at her little sister.

'I'm sure she decided to wake up early to prepare for the day. Let's go back to sleep--

'--but why didn't she wake me up then I can help her--'
