You were sitting in your room watching Outerbanks, when someone knocked on your bedroom door "come in" you shouted. Miguel came into your room and you paused your tv. "Did you just come home?" You asked him Miguel said yeah then told you everything about sensei Lawrence and Daniel laRusso and the dojo. You two talked for a while before he left your room to go to sleep. You watched tv for a few more hours, then you went to sleep
In the morning you woke up, had a shower, brushed your teeth, then straightened your hair and got dressed.

At lunch you were sitting with Miguel, Eli and Demetri. "Cyber bullying is no laughing matter" The school counsellor started speaking through a microphone in the middle of the cafeteria. We all looked up to look at her. "Sending a cruel message to someone online can be just as hurtful as saying it to their face. I'm not gonna name names, but the other day a mother called me up because her son was crying after some kids online made fun of his facial deformity." Everyone looked at Eli and started whispering things. "But today, our goal here is to make this school a safe space for all students" "You know if your sick of being bullied my karate dojo is looking for new recruits." Miguel told Eli "Yeah, right, you hear that, Eli a little karate training and your gonna kick some major ass" "I'm serious, Demetri, my sensei's the real deal. I'm sure I could get you both discounts." "As enticing as that sounds, I think we'd rather spend out afternoons playing crucible control than getting hit in the face" The counsellor spoke up again, "one last thing, while were all looking forward to the Halloween dance, let's make sure our costumes are culturally sensitive. For example, instead of "sexy nurse"maybe try "gender neutral hospital employee" You giggle lightly.
You were at home in your pyjamas getting ready to go to sleep when you heard rattling downstairs, you got up to see what was going on, you slowly tiptoed to the living room, you saw Miguel and sighed of relief. "Miguel what are you doing it's midnight" "Shhh I'm going to meet sensei I won't be long" He said before walking out and leaving. You stood there confused wondering why he was going to meet him so late but shrugged it off and went to sleep because you were really tired.

On your way to school you were talking with Miguel "so what happened last night, why did you go out so late?" Miguel told you everything and you both just talked on your way to school.
School was pretty normal, nothing happened but it's was the day of the Halloween dance and you needed to find a costume. You decided to go as tinker bell.

Miguel said sensei Lawrence was dropping him off to the dance so they could get new recruits, so you had to meet him there. You got to the dance and there was music blasting and people everywhere. You went to find Miguel. You heard someone calling your name and you turned around to see a skeleton only to realise that skeleton was Miguel, you walked over to him and he said "tinker bell" "Yes, skeleton" you replied. You both laughed and went to find Eli and Demetri.
"Oh, skeleton, classic. Nice. You, tinker bell." Demetri said, pointing at you. You nodded your head and Miguel said "thanks. I like your sorcerer costume." "Sorcerer? Please. I'm a necromancer." You looked at him confused and said "what?" Demetri turned to you and said " didn't you see the amulet?" "So are you a regular doctor or" Miguel asked Eli "plastic surgeon. I fix lips." He replied. "Nice" Miguel replied.
You were waiting outside of the bathroom for Miguel, Eli, and Demetri to finish doing their business, when Eli and Demetri ran out "where's Miguel?" You asked. Demetri looked behind him realising Miguel's not there "oh, shit" he said. "What? What happened?" You asked. Before they could say anything Kyler and his friends walked out "That was brutal, baby" "Ky, you broke 'Rhea off" The boys laughed "that'll teach him" "Ky, Two, 'Rhea, zero" "he had it coming" they continued laughing. You ran into the toilets to find Miguel laying on the floor, almost unconscious. You ran up to him, kneeling down next to him. You heard the door open and close, you looked behind you to see a man. He looked down at Miguel, picking him up. "Who are you?" You asked, holding back tears "his sensei, who are you" he replied You realised who he was and started thinking about everything Miguel told you about him. Quickly shaking back into reality, you said "his sister."
