-- Patient was admitted to the asylumby his stepfather. Azul seemed very understanding of this, but started to hyperventilate when put in his room, as if he was holding up a farce.
-- Warnings: Speak gently, don't touch his tentacles, don't sign anything he gives you. —————————————————
My brow furrowed. Don't sign anything? That's... A weird thing to add, but alright.
I reach his room, unlocking and opening the door.
A silver haired man, Azul I assume, was sitting in his bed, facing away from me. Instead of legs, he had many deep purple tentacles sprawled out around him. There is a wheelchair folded next to the bed.
Upon hearing me enter, Azul jolted in his seat, his glasses falling off, and into his lap.
His expression is slightly panicked, before his eyes settle on me.
"Ah-" He clears his throat, putting his glasses back on. His face shifts to a calm and collected smile. "I apologise. What can I do for you?" He speaks in an almost suave tone.
I take a moment to step into his room. "Good morning Azul, sorry for spooking you" I say with a soft chuckle. "My name is Yuu, I'm going to be your main doctor from now on."
His eyes widen slightly. "Is that so? Well, it's lovely to meet you, doctor!" He smiled at me. It almost seemed forced... To be honest it probably was.
I smile back, not wanting to be impolite. "That's good to hear... Now, I would like to ask you a few questions, if that's alright with you?"
"Of course, please, ask away." He shifted his body slightly, facing me now.
"Alright. First of all..." I pull out my clipboard. "How have you been feeling lately? ... For example, compared to how you felt last week"
Azul seems to think for a moment, his brow furrowing.
"... Well, I certainly feel better today."
"May I ask why?" I write down notes from his response.
"Well, if I'm being honest, you seem a lot more pleasant than my last doctor."
I laugh softly. "I get how you feel, she loves to bother me."
Azul smirks slightly, chuckling.
The rest of the interview/basic questions went surprisingly well, Azul cooperated well... But it was probably just a ruse, from what I read in his file.
"Alright, that's all the time I have for you today. I'll be back tomorrow, around this time to see you, okay?" I say with a smile, putting my clipboard away.
"Alright, I look forward to seeing you then, doctor." The same suave smile crosses his lips as he speaks.
I wave goodbye as I leave his room, locking the door behind me.
...
Now would probably be a good time to check that message I got.

My eyes widened. They were talking about Fern.
"Oh gods..." I mumble under my breath, leaning against the hallway wall. Fern was one of my most well behaved patients. He was doing so well, he even let me get close enough to touch!
Now all of my progress is going to be undone!
Jesus, it's one thing that Aren is a bitch, but she's racist too. That's just too much for me to handle.
