Plans in action

(Marinettes POV)

" Hey guys" I say as per usual
"Hey Marinette "Alya, Adrien and Nino all say in unison
"Uh ....Nino, do you know when Ladybug and Chat noir are coming in ?" I ask trying my best not to to seem suspicious " I want to know in advanced so that I don't make plans"
I see Alya putting her thumbs up, she tends to do that when I don't mess up a plan
" Uhh I don't know, Alya has Ladybug said anything ?"
I'm trying to hide my smile
" I reached out but she hasn't responded yet"

(Adrien's POV)
" I reached out but she hasn't responded yet"

-that's really wired, she told me that we are going on Thursday- I think to myself

(Plaggs POV)
-Damn it, shut up Alya- I think to myself, now I need to figure out a lie to Adrien and hope it is believable.

" I gotta head to the bathroom, go ahead I'll catch up'"Adrien tells his friends
I know what is going to happen, he is going to question every thing and I have to lie, I generally like to lie to Adrien but this is different, I need to make up a lie in less than 30 seconds and it needs to be believable.

" Uhh Plagg... why would Ladybug tell me that we are going on Thursday if she hasn't confirmed with Alya ?"
He asks and his tone clearly says he is suspicious

" Well you never know but maybe she saw... whatever Alya did to reach out to her but forgot to confirm with her"
-Whhh nice save Plagg- I think to myself
"Are you sure Plagg? it isn't like Ladybug to forget stuff so easily"
-shit, since when does this kid notice stuff-
" Well uhhh, maybe she has a lot on her mind recently"
-ughh really Plagg that is the best you can do-
"Should I ask her about it ?"
-God this kid is dumb-
" Yeah I think so" obviously being sarcastic
" Really ?"
"NO DUMBASS THIS WILL RISK YOUR IDENTITY !"
I yell
"Ok ok I'm sorry, but why do you think she told me before confirming with Alya ?" Adrien asks naively.I've never been more annoyed by this kid in my life
" She probably has a lot on her mind figuring out what Monarchs next move is, or maybe she just forgot, she's human too"
" Yeah, you are probably right'"
-FINALLY-
" Come on let's head to class"

.Wednesday.
(Marinettes POV)
"Morning guys"I say to them
"Morning Marinette"they reply, I look at Nino eagerly waiting for him to get the hint and answer
"No sorry Marinette, nothing on my end, Alya?"
"She still hasn't replied, but as soon as I know I will let you guys know" Alya says, I can see she is trying to hide a smirk. "Well we might as well get to class" I say changing the subject. " yeah let's go" Adrien says walking to the art corridor  "uhh dude where are you going ?" Nino asks Adrien. Adrien seems confused as to why Nino is asking "We have art don't we?" Adrien asks very cutely I can't help but giggle " No babe we have chemistry" I say while grabbing  my very adorable boyfriend's arm
"Oh,oops" he says and then he chuckles a little bit.
We start walking to class and make it there

(Lila's POV)
"And so like I told John jack that if he is going to do my hair it needs to be gorgeous, utterly gorgeous"
Chloe is saying and she continues about how Rose should be her butler or something like that, but I'm not paying too much attention to her, who would.
Marinette and Adrien are walking in with Nino and Alya.
"Ughhh, why are they always together" I mutter under my breath
- If my plan is to work then I need Adrien alone today- I think to myself.

.RING.
"And there is the bell, don't forget to do your homework page 50 to 53 in your work books" Mrs. Mendaleave says -who cares I'll just make up a lie and get out of doing the homework like I always do- I think to myself
.outside of school.
As I'm walking I see Adrien and Marinette biding goodbye ,just after Marinette and Alya leave I run to Adrien to catch him " hey Adrien, I'm so stuck on the homework from last week and I just don't understand the lesson that Mrs.Mendeleave was teaching, could u plss tutor me" I say in the most innocent tone possible
"Sorry Lila I'm busy this week" he says before waving goodbye and starts to walk away - damn it- I think to myself. "Well it doesn't have to be this week maybe the weekend, I know ur dad won't mind" I say.
He seems like he doesn't know how to answer "Please" I say while touching his shoulder.
"Uhhh.... Ok you can come over on Sunday I don't have any plans then"
"Perfect, Sunday it is" I say, putting my hand on his shoulder down his arm and I walk off.
I see Marinette while I'm walking and I smirk for a moment and she looks at me in anger
(Matinettes POV)
-Why is that bitch touching my boyfriends shoulder-
"Marinette where are you going?" Alya asks
-Damn it, I thought she wouldn't notice- "I forgot something in class head to my place so you can text Nino, I'll catch up" I say
"Marinette where are you going?"Alya asks almost demanding
"I'm just.." but I am cut off as Lila walks by smirking at me looking in my eyes
When she gives me that look, I know she got her way again
"Nowhere, let's go to my place"I say in a defeated tone

.in Marinettes room.

"And the message is sent" Alya tells me
"Expect a message from Nino in 3,2"
.bing.
"And there it is"Alya says
"Ok, the message says, 'Alya has just told me that Ladybug and Chat noir will be meeting us tomorrow after school' now let's call Nino to let him know that Marinette Dupain-cheng won't be at the meeting"

I dial his number and thankfully he picks up. "Hey Marinette, did you get the message?"He asks
"Oh yeah I did, that is actually why I am calling you"I say. I see Alya putting her thumbs up - I'm doing good let's keep that up- "I thought that Ladybug and Chat noir won't be coming until Friday since you said no all week and my grandpa asked if I could help him the a new bread recipe he wants to try out" .Alya is smiling with her thumbs up
"Oh really,that stings dude are you sure you can't postpone"
"No sorry Nino, you know my grandpa he is really old timey and thinks postponing events is 'not how it is done'"I say with quotation marks
"Oh well ok, that's fine but how are you gonna know?"he asks, I was hoping he would ask cause I had rehearsed what to say all last night
"How bout Alya can fill me in on what happens in the meeting" I say.
"Ok,that's a good plan, I need to go tell your grandpa I said hi" he asks me "of course I will let him know, bye Nino". After I hang up I look at Alya, and if i am being honest i have never seen her look so proud

(Adriens POV)

I'm in the car when suddenly my goes off, revealing a message Nino has sent to the Condements ,Ninos idea for a group chat name, saying that Ladybug and Chat noir will come on Thursday after school.

After I close my phone I look outside the window to see the cars passing by faster than we are moving but I don't care all I care about is that since we are moving slower I can think about what to say to Nino on the phone and how I am going to say it. My dad can't hear it so my door will have to be closed, it has to involve a pancake recipe and it needs to sound casual.

.Later.
When I get home I am greeted to the large main entrance that anyone else would be in awe of, but for me I am so used to it by the ,black butterfly's design in the tiles, the large staircase that separates at the end and the golden accents on the hand railings,not to mention the large portrait of me and my father, I always hated that portrait.
I go up to my room
"Alright Plagg, time to let Nino know that Adrien Agrest won't be at that meeting"
I dial Ninos number and right away I hear him yell "WASSUP DUDE"
"Hey Nino. Oh nothing much just escaping my dads pancakes" I say in a joking manner
"Ha, funny dude" he says , I think he actually liked my joke " so why are you calling?" He asks
"I'm calling to double check that Ladybug and Chat noir will be coming on Thursday after school"
"Yup, Alya told me that"
"Oh damn, I can't make it"
"Why ?"Nino asks
"My Dad wants me to try his new pancake recipe"
"Dude really, you too"
"What do you mean 'me too'?" I ask
"Marinette can make it either,something to do with her grandpa wanting her to try some new bread or something,I don't know" he replies I'm a little confused at this -Marinette won't be there- I think to myself
"Oh well you can just fill me up on what happens right?" I ask
"Yeah, sure dude" he says "and I think I better bring you some cookies from my house because those new pancakes won't be good" he continues
"Thanks dude, I'm gonna need them"
We laugh a little
"Bye Adrien"
"Bye Nino"
(Lila's POV)
- Marinette was so mad today soon she will be mad enough to akumitize-
.RING.
"Mr Agrest, how was your day" I say
"Good now tell me Lila how is it with Marinette Dupain-cheng"
"It is so unfortunate sir, Marinette got a little mad, if it keeps up then she might be akumitized" I say, again trying to give him the idea that now is not the time
"Yes, yes very unfortunate" he says obviously trying to hide his pleasure
He continues "I want you to update on how her emotions are going, to see if you can help her if the time comes"
"Of course sir"
A/N:sorry this chapter is so late I've been on vacation and school starts tmrw so I've had a busy 2 weeks but now that I'm off break I will try to post weekly but this is not a promise.
