The boat drifted through the sea. Altivo was awake and on the lookout. Meanwhile, Isabel, Chihuahueño, and Blanca slept against him. Mist surrounded them as various sea animals swam by.

" I am so hungry. I don't even know how long we have been sailing." Altivo yawns.

Isabel awakens from her slumber. Her eyes blinked when she saw Altivo looking tired.

She sits up and gently moves Chihuahueño and Blanca to the side. She smiled when she saw them snuggling against each other for warmth.

" Altivo. You should rest. I'll be on the lookout." She looks at Altivo.

Altivo didn't want to sleep since he was the only man on the boat, and his duty was to protect the woman and children.

" It is my duty as a man to protect the woman and children." He says.

Isabel amusingly stared at Altivo since he was a horse and not a man.

" That is noble of you, Altivo. But rest is important." She says.

Altivo opened his mouth to say something, but one stare from Isabel caused him to stop.

" I shall oblige." He lies his head and closes his eyes.

Isabel's gaze softened, petting Altivo's head, which made him smile.

She looked at her surroundings and shivered. She couldn't see anything because of the mist. She leaned to the right and saw a pod of dolphins.

' I wonder.' She internally says.

" Hello!" She shouted, causing a dolphin to look up and stare at her.

" Hi!" The dolphin greeted.

" I need your help," Isabel says.

" What is it?" The dolphin asked.

" Do you know how to get to a world called Mexico?" Isabel asked.

" My family has gone there countless times! We can take you there." The dolphin responded.

Isabel smiled, relieved that the dolphin had gone to Mexico's shores.

" Take us to Mexico, please!" She commanded.

The dolphin nodded, and it communicated with its family, and they obeyed.

" Do you have something we can hold on to and take you there?" The dolphin asked.

Isabel looked at her surroundings and spotted a pile of ropes.

" I have ropes. I can tie it on the boat and have you and your family grab hold of it so you can guide us to Mexico's shores." She smiled.

" Okay!" The dolphin smiled.

Isabel grabbed the pile of ropes and started tying them on the front. When finished, she threw them into the water and saw a dolphin get one into its mouth.

" Hold on tight! We swim very fast." The first dolphin tells Isabel.

" Faster than sharks!" The second dolphin says afterward.

Isabel nodded, grabbing Chihuahueño and Blanca and holding them close as she huddled against Altivo, who was asleep.

Her eyebrows rose, and her eyes widened when she felt the boat getting faster. She felt the ocean breeze on her face and the wind blowing her hair.

" What's going on?" Chihuahueño asked while yawning.

Isabel looks at Chihuahueño.

" We might get to Mexico faster than the boys and Hernán's men." She says.
