Tzekel-Kan lifts his head and looks at Isabel.
" Tepēyōllōtl. He is the Aztec God of the animals, darkened caves, echoes, and earthquakes." He responded.
Isabel continued to look at Tzekel-Kan with mixed emotions.
" I think you are mistaken. I am not the descendant of Tepēyōllōtl." She takes a step back.
Tzekel-Kan stands up.
" Yes, you are! You can communicate and understand animals as well as know how they are feeling, and you can also control them!" He nodded.
Isabel looked at Chihuahueño, Blanca, and Altivo from the corner of her eyes. She couldn't help but think that Tzekel-Kan was crazy.
" Just accept it! I know he will keep insisting you are this descendant of a God until you admit you are," Blanca stated.
Isabel sighed, and she nodded.
" Fine. You got me." She held her hands up in surrender. " I am the descendant of Tepēyōllōtl." She looked at Tzekel-Kan.
" She is!" Altivo looked surprised.
" You are!" Chihuahueño looked at Isabel.
Blanca shakes her head, thinking that the boys are idiots.
Tzekel-Kan smiled, relieved to know he was standing before a descendant of one of his precious Gods.
" Tell me. How do we get to El Dorado?" Isabel asked, looking at the massive waterfall curiously.
" Follow me. I shall take you to El Dorado." Tzekel-Kan approached Isabel and held his hand out to her.
Isabel looked at Tzekel-Kan's hand and nodded, putting her hand on top of his.
Tzekel-Kan lightly grasped Isabel's hand as he began to walk on a boulder, making sure to be careful and be ready to catch her if she slipped and fell.
Isabel hopped from one boulder to another as she followed Tzekel-Kan toward the massive waterfall. She shivered, feeling the mist of the water all over her face and body.
Tzekel-Kan whistled with his other hand, getting a whistle-like response.
Isabel looked forward and saw a shadowy figure heading in their direction. Her eyes blinked when she saw a man who looked similar yet different to Tzekel-Kan. Her eyebrows rose when she saw the man on a colorful wooden boat with the front resembling a serpent.
Tzekel-Kan gets on the boat, and he turns to look at Isabel.
Altivo, Chihuahueño, and Blanca hopped on the boat, causing the man to look at them with curiosity and awe.
Isabel warily looked at the boat.
" To get to El Dorado is by boat," Tzekel-Kan reassures.
Isabel looked at Tzekel-Kan, and she nodded. She carefully gets on the boat and sits down with Tzekel-Kan beside her.
The man grabs the paddle and turns the boat around, disappearing behind the massive waterfall.
Isabel looked at her surroundings and saw warriors on top of boulders looking down at them.
Blanca looked down at the boat, watching fish swim by. She noticed that some looked more colorful than others. Her eyes widened when she saw a bigger fish.
" There's a big fish in the water!" She exclaimed, grabbing Isabel's attention.
Isabel leaned to the right and saw beautiful, colorful fish of various sizes swimming.
