[Just a little bit] - [Enhypen]

Sora had lost all sense of time, unaware of how long she had been unconscious. When she stirred, the first thing she noticed was the familiar smell of antiseptic.

Slowly opening her eyes, she realized the surroundings were much brighter, with walls and curtains painted in white.

She looked down and noticed the IV in her hand. As she began to sit up, the curtain opened, and someone walked in.

"You're awake."

Sora wouldn't have been surprised if it were a nurse or a doctor, but never in a million times would she have expected Jay to be there.

"Mr. Park?" she asked, observing him as he approached the bed. She noticed his expression change upon hearing her call him.

"And here I thought you'd be calling me by my name."

"When have I ever called you by your name, Mr. Park?" she asked, eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

"Earlier, when you were fainting. Don't you remember?"

"When I was fainting?"

"You called me Jay," he said.

Perhaps she was losing grip on reality at that moment, as she genuinely couldn't recall. The lack of recognition on her face made Jay sigh in defeat.

"Fine," he said.

"The doctor said something about acid reflux and stress," he continued, changing the subject. "He said caffeine might have triggered it again."

"Oh, I see," Sora muttered, looking down. It's not the first time she passed out like that; back when she was still studying, she would sometimes wake up in the university clinic or hospital.

"Was it because of the coffee I gave you earlier?"

"Probably," she said, though she didn't give a definite yes or no. It wasn't the only coffee she had earlier.

"Then you shouldn't have finished the whole cup when you already knew it would trigger that."

"How could I not?" Sora asked, looking back at Jay. "When you bought it for me?"

He mentioned a nearby café's buy 1 get 1 promo, but she knew the coffee shops near the clinic never had such promotions. And Jay did buy her a cup of coffee earlier.

He didn't say anything, neither an affirmation nor a denial. Instead, he left.

Sora intended to use this time as a break, scrolling through her phone and catching up on messages that had been left undelivered for a week. However, her focus shifted when she saw the curtain opening again.

"Oh, you're back?"

Jay entered with something in hand. "They said you needed socks."

"I'd prefer if you put them on for me."

"And why would I do that?" Jay questioned.

Sora showed him her arm with the UV, and he sighed, sitting on the chair. "Just bear with me."

"aren't you afraid of getting recognized?"

"even if I did no one here could post anything, my parents own this clinic."

He took her cold feet in his warm hands, and although it felt awkward, he eventually managed to put the socks on.

He turned around, prepared to leave, until she spoke again.

"Thank you," she said. "For the coffee earlier and for bringing me here..."

She trailed off, contemplating whether to say it or not.

"Jay. "

She thanked him for two things, not realizing that she should have thanked him for three. The other one being the reason that Jay didn't leave her alone in the clinic.
