4. Girlfriend?

Freen's pov

I went to the academy in hoping see her smiling at me. But to my misery she wasn't there. I texted her a lot and she didn't text me back.

I don't know what happened to her but there's no sign of her I asked Naw abou her and she said she doesn't know anything.

After a week I saw her but she wasn't looking at me. I didn't even hear any words the academy teachers were saying my full attention was to her. Is she avoiding me??

When the class ended she asked me to wait for her. I don't know why I feel uneasy. Like something negative is gonna happen.

When everyone was out she came and sat beside me. I was so tensed that i didn't even look at her. She was saying something but i wasn't hearing what she was saying because of the panic I'm having.

Then I felt something on my hand like someone holding my hand that's when I looked at her. Her face was showing a worried look. And she asked if I'm okay. Then I said I was okay. There was a few minutes of silence.

I broke that "I'm sorry I didn't hear anything you said right now I was panicking but i don't want to break up with you" I said those words in a single breath and looked at the floor.

"Yeah you weren't clearly hearing any words i uttered, cause if you have heard anything I said you wouldn't say those words" she said and make me look at her.

"What do you mean" I asked

"Okey let me start from the beginning but please listen okayy" she asked and i nodded my head

"So as I was saying, sorry first of all i couldn't contact you or talk to you for almost a week, I'm really sorry. My best friend came home last week and she asked my parents permission to take me on a trip to the beach house. They already gave her permission so I couldn't say no. So I thought I'd text you on the road about the plans. After reaching when I checked my bag for the phone it wasn't there. When I asked irin about it she said she saw it on my table. So literally I couldn't contact you"
She said and looked at lovingly

"Oh" was the only word that came out of my mouth.

"And the other thing" Becky said smirking

"What other thing" i asked her

"The break up thing" she said. I was shocked is she really trying to break up with me for real.

I couldn't say anything else no words were coming out my mouth "i was actually planning to ask you to be my girlfriend today but somebody has this wild thought of break up even though we weren't girlfriends officially" she said with a playful grin. I was red with embarrassment. God wish I didn't had said those words to her before.

i wasn't gonna back off though "it not my fault that someone just confessed that they like me a week ago and went MIA( missing in action) for a week. So I supposed she regretted whatever she said on that night" I said with a smirk on my face

"It's not whatever babe it's I like you and I'm sorry for not informing you that day and also for asking you to be my girlfriend" she said...

"Whatever" i gave her a eye roll

" so what's the answer babe" she asked God she and her cute nicknames. How could anyone resist those.

"Let me think about it" and i pretended to be thing.

"I missed you babe" I got Shiver in my whole body when she said those words. I definitely missed her too but hearing it from her gives me butterflies all over my stomach and my face is red now. Then suddenly she hugged me so tightly as if she was afraid that if she lost the grip, I would go anywhere. I couldn't stop myself from blushing.

She broke the hug and gave me a small smile. I was awestruck on that smile. Suddenly I kissed her on cheeks. I caught her offgaurd. She was already blushing so hard so I whispered in her ear "me too BB and i would love to be be your girlfriend" she looked and me and smiled widely.

I was soo happy with her at that time. I wish the time would froze. But it won't and we had to leave for our home back
