This is what Aria's hair looks like after Katie braids the flowers into her hair

----------

Will, Katie, the Stoll brothers, and Grover were all hanging out with Aria in the meadow near Camp Half-Blood. They were all laughing and joking around, enjoying the beautiful day.

Aria had arrived from a boarding school that morning and decided she was going to spend the day with her best friends. She couldn't find Annabeth but she trusted that she was okay and doing something alone, probably looking for Percy. Now you're probably thinking that Aria, you should be out looking too, am I right? She tried but Chiron told her to relax and she wasn't allowed to go.

Aria was lying on the grass, her eyes closed, enjoying the warmth of the sun on her face. Will was sitting next to her, his arm draped over her shoulder, while Katie was braiding flowers into her hair.

The Stoll brothers were tossing a frisbee back and forth, and Grover was playing his pan flute, adding to the relaxing atmosphere.

"You know," Will said, looking down at Aria, "I think this might be the first time I've seen you relax since the war."

Aria smiled up at him. "I know, it feels good to just kick back and not worry about anything for a while."

Katie finished braiding Aria's hair and leaned back, taking in the scenery. "This is the life," she said with a content sigh.

The Stoll brothers came over and plopped down next to Aria and Will. "So, Aria, have you heard about the new capture-the-flag teams?" Connor asked.

Aria sat up, intrigued. "No, what's going on?"

Travis grinned. "We're thinking about mixing things up a bit. We're going to have a girls' team and a guys' team this time."

Aria raised an eyebrow. "Really? That sounds interesting. Who's going to be on the girls' team?"

Katie sat up, excited. "I am, for sure! And I think Clarisse is going to be our team captain."

Aria nodded, impressed. "Sounds like a solid team. I might have to switch sides and join you guys this time."

The Stoll brothers high-fived each other, excited at the prospect of having Aria on their team.

"We'll make sure to give you the inside scoop on all our secret strategies," Connor said with a wink.

Grover finished playing his tune and got up to stretch his legs. "This is great, you guys. It feels good to just hang out and relax for a change."

Everyone agreed, and they all settled back down, enjoying each other's company and the beautiful day. For a moment, they forgot about all the danger and uncertainty that came with being demigods and simply enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the moment.

It stayed that way for a good couple of minutes until I decided to break the silence.

"So Will, I heard that you're a hero to the infirmary?" I grinned up at him.

Will blushed, looking down at his feet. "It was nothing," he mumbled.

Katie rolled her eyes, "Oh, please. Will here was a total hero during the battle. He saved a lot of lives."

The Stoll brothers nodded in agreement, "Yeah, he was pretty badass," Travis said with a grin.

Will looked embarrassed but pleased at the same time. "Thanks, guys," he said, scratching the back of his head.

"Dam, am I glad to have Dad back down there," I said, gently. The others nodded and we fell into a comfortable silence. Only broken by the sounds of laughing demigods in the distance.
