Do you have a dream?

The answer may seem somewhat obvious, but for as long as I can remember I have had several dreams, some unlikely and others that I knew would be difficult to achieve, but I wouldn't give up so easily.

So, after years of fighting to be the best at what I do, I couldn't be more pissed off.

I know it's not normal for stories to start this way, but I promise you there's a decent explanation.

Firstly, to situate you, I would like to say that my problem has a name, address and several tattoos. My problem is Jeon Jungkook.

I was born in a small town in the interior of Korea, where the quality of life wasn't the best, but we were happy with the little we had. The way to the nearest school was long and tiring, a pain for any pre-teen.

My thoughts consisted of finishing high school and working in a small store downtown to pay the bills, which didn't make me feel fulfilled, but was acceptable. However, it's funny to think that what changed everything for me was a simple commercial.

On another ordinary day at school, they made us watch cartoons on the old television, and until then everything was very boring. Suddenly the cartoon stopped and a very strange commercial came on, but it completely captured my attention. It consisted of a very chic guy talking about how important technology would be in the future and then saying that a certain JZ gave unique opportunities to interested young people, that it was welcoming to its employees and a bunch of other blah-blah-blah. Other than that, what really made me curious was when he said that to get in there you just needed to sign up.

I opened my eyes wide thinking how easy it was - I was wrong. That day I ran home excited, excitedly telling my mother about this technology company and saying that I would work there one day and that I just needed to sign up.

Weeks later I discovered that it wasn't that simple, and that I needed to be at least eighteen years old to take the test - which, by the way, was very difficult - and if I passed, the admission process would begin.

At the time I was 11 years old and I cried on my mother's lap, she just stroked my hair and said I had a chance, I just needed to be patient.

I really don't know what happened to me, or what made me persist, however, I started to take school more seriously and even asked to stay overtime with the intention of clarifying doubts with the teachers and going to the small shelf. from the hallway and choose a book to read at the weekend. I was determined.
