First Battle Of Blueberry

"I suppose I'm representing Blueberry Academy in this battle. I'll try not to disappoint!" Lacey said. "Arlo, use Throat Chop on Plusle! Astra, use Power Gem on Minun!" I shouted to my Pokemon.

"Plusle, use Discharge! Minun, use Swift on the Minior!" Lacey said to her Pokemon. Arlo ran forward, his arms glowing with dark energy. Astra spun around, bringing up four red gems.

Astra used her move just as Minun used Swift, the two attacks meeting in the middle. Arlo was able to knock the Plusle back, but not before it got off Discharge.

It shocked Arlo and Astra, Arlo sliding back and Astra starting to wobble in the air. The Plusle was knocked to the ground, but was able to get up shakily. It wobbled for a moment before falling back to the ground and fainting.

Lacey returned the Plusle and sent out an Excadrill. "Minun, use Discharge! Excadrill, use X-Scissor on the Meowscarada!" Lacey said. "Astra, use Dazzling Gleam! Arlo, Energy Ball on Excadrill!" I ordered.

Astra shone with a light that hit the Minun and Excadrill before they could get anything going. The Minun wobbled before falling to the ground. Excadrill ran for Arlo, claws swiping.

Arlo moved to the side to dodge it, but it wouldn't stop there. Excadrill went in for the hit again, but Arlo jumped up. He conjured a ball of energy in his hand and threw it at Excadrill as it leaped up after him, hitting it square in the face.

It slammed into the ground, making a cloud of dust at its landing spot. Arlo landed back on the ground in a crouch. As he stood up, the cloud of dust cleared and we could see that the Excadrill had fainted.

"Meowscra!" Arlo cried out in victory as Astra spun around. Astra started to wobble more than she was before and she started to drift towards the ground.

Arlo went over to the Minior and caught her in his arms. Lacey returned her fainted Pokemon and Arlo walked over to me. "You both did good." I said, taking their Pokeballs off of my belt.

"Return." Both of my Pokemon went into their Pokeballs and I put them back on my belt. "Spectacular! You really are quite skilled." Lacey said as she started to walk over to me.

I met her in the middle of the battlefield. "I wish I could have seen you Terastallize one of your Pokemon, though. I'd love to see how someone from Paldea does it!" Lacey said.

"Well, I usually don't need to." I said. Even though I usually forget that Terastallizing is a thing. I added in my head. "The students here at Blueberry were only recently issued Tera Orbs, so I hope you'll be able to teach us more about them." Lacey said.

"Well done to the both of you! You really battled it out Blueberry-style." Cyrano said as he approached us. "Speaking of style... I forgot I had a uniform for you! You'll feel like you fit right in as soon as you're dressing the part!" Cyrano handed me a uniform. (you can put it on if you want, i don't care if you do or not)

"Now, why don't we head into the school?" Lacey suggested. "You can pick where you want to go from the gates over there. Come on! I can show you the pride of Blueberry Academy: our world-famous Terarium!"

I walked over to the gates and looked over at the screen that was on the side. It looked just like the ones we had at Uva. The first option was the Terarium and I clicked on it.

The gate opened and I walked through. An elevator rose up in front of me and the doors opened. I stepped in and the doors shut. "Now headed for the Terarium." an automated voice said.

The elevator started to move down. For some reason, the voice reminded me of Professor Turo, but that was just a random thought in the moment. The elevator stopped after a little bit and the doors opened.
