A SMALL town located in rural Colorado can lack a lot of things, mostly anything fun and occasionally those who live there tend to get sick of seeing each other's faces so often. Majority of this small town would agree with the fact except for one little exception - the Walter family.
Those in town worshipped the ground that the family walked on, Katherine Walter was the best veterinarian in town and George Walter was far too kind for his own good.
And wherever Katherine and George went, Elena Alonzo and her two beautiful girls followed.
Rosita Alonzo was the oldest but not by long, a very brief 4 minutes lingered between the two. A set of twins that were equal in beauty, talent and grace that the older town inhabitants admired.
Catalyna Alonzo always hated the four minute mark between their time of birth, it always gave her older sibling something to hold over her head. However, in saying that, they were as thick as thieves. No one was closer than the two.
Not even Katherine and George's lot of boys could contend the bond that the two girls shared.
They settled for one difference, Rosita was a cheerleader, always in the spotlight. Catalyna settled for the stage light during her rehearsals in theatre club during her plays.
And there was one key fact that everyone in town knew, Rosita and Issac were constantly butting heads about something. They hated each other, but others would gossip that it was something else.
"Stop hitting on all of my friends!" A distressed Rosita yelled, standing at the doorway of her enemies bedroom.
He stared at her incredulously, a playful expression on his annoyingly gorgeous face.
"It's just a little fun." He replied, with a shrug.
Rosita stared at him, her eyes wide with disbelief as they both feel into a wearily silent staring contest. Neither daring to break the eye contact or the silence that had come over them.
"You'll start making the girls turn on each other."
Issac's smirk only grew, "can't blame me cause I'm this pretty, Rosie."
"Stop calling me that!" The Latina girl cried exasperatedly, her head falling back as annoyance creeped through her veins like a poison heading straight for the organ pumping blood through her veins.
She was sure that Issac Garcia would be the reason that she died one day.
His eyes scanned her up and down, a brow raising as he took in the skirt that fell to her mid thigh exposing a whole lot of leg and a even more amount of midriff as she had paired it with a bikini top that spoke volumes.
