It's been almost 6 months since Ronnie started doing drugs, everyone knew except Ronnie's mom, mateo and lucy caught Ronnie doing drugs but ronnie told them not to tell anyone so that's how they found out and lila told the others and that's how they found out
It's Saturday night, 1:00 am, and Ronnie is up in her room doing drugs again
But this time Ronnie was mixing drugs together, she mixed cocaine and heroin together, after she shot it up Ronnie started to feel really sick, she started to hear voices and started to hallucinate
She could hear lila, Cole, Cindy, Gabby, mateo, and Lucy's voices
They all echoed in her ears she started to spin, Ronnie lied down on the floor and she started to vomit, Ronnie felt so sick she thought she was going to die, after throwing up Ronnie just stayed on the floor and her eyes began to roll back and she finally passed out...
Veronica had overdosed
(TWO HOURS LATER)
It's 3:30 am
Gabby had to wake up early to go to work and she couldn't find her work badge so she went to ask Ronnie
"Ronnie? Have you seen-" Gabby opened the door and saw Ronnie laying on the floor unconscious with vomit everywhere
"OH MY GOD!! KAI!! Ronnie, come on, come on, you're gonna be fine! KAI!!" Gabby screamed out
Kai came racing into Ronnie's room and noticed Gabby holding Ronnie tightly
"She's not waking up!" Gabby cried out
"It's gonna be okay. We need to take her to the hospital!" Then Kai picked up Ronnie and took her outside to his car
As Gabby got up to follow Kai, lucy and mateo saw what happened
Lucy and mateo were crying
"Mom, what's wrong with ronnie?" mateo asked
"Is she dead!?" Lucy cried out
"No, no, she's just sick. Come on, we need to take her to the hospital" Gabby explained
So Kai took Ronnie to the hospital in his car, and Gabby took the kids in her car, and they raced to the hospital
"HELP! PLEASE HELP! MY DAUGHTER ISN'T WAKING UP!" Kai yelled out
"What's her name?" the nurse asked
"Veronica Delgado" Gabby said
A ton of nurses and doctors came to help and got a gurney to put Ronnie on and rolled her into an E.R room and gave her a dose of naloxone (Narcan)
to help her come back
Dr.Solona was Ronnie's doctor. She was also Cole doctor when he died
"Veronica, Veronica, can you hear me? I'm Doctor Solona. You overdosed on heroin and cocaine. How do you feel?"
"Cole?" Ronnie said, sounding groggy, then she passed out again due to mental and physical exhaustion
The doctors went out to see gabby and Kai
Mateo and Lucy were sleeping
"How is my daughter?" Gabby asked
"She is fine. Right now, we had to give her a sedation because she is mentally and physically exhausted"
"So what's wrong with her? Is she sick?" Kai asked
"She overdosed. There was heroin and cocaine in her system, and those two drugs being mixed together caused her to overdose. Is she a drug addict?" Dr.Solona asked
"No, i don't think so" gabby said
"Me and Veronica mother work a lot, and she doesn't open up much, so if she is a drug addict we weren't aware" Kai explained
"Before we gave her a sedation, she asked for a man named Cole. Is it possible that he does drugs with her? Maybe he knows if she is an addict, might be her boyfriend?" Dr.Solona explained
"No, Cole is her ex-boyfriend" Kai explained
"He died three years ago" gabby said
The doctors looked at them with a mournful look
