LEO'S POV

"I take a deep breath, my heart pounding in my chest. I've been wanting to tell her this for so long, but I've been too afraid. Afraid of rejection, afraid of ruining our friendship, afraid of getting hurt again.

But I can't keep it inside anymore. I need to tell her how I feel, even if it means risking everything.

'Bella,' I say, my voice low and husky. 'From the moment you left, I realized that I still have feelings for you. Strong feelings. I regret not fighting harder for us, not looking harder for you when you were distancing yourself. Those few weeks were torture for me, not knowing what was going on in your head, not knowing how to reach you.'

I take a step closer, my eyes locked on hers. 'I'm not ready to go through that again, Bella. I want to fight for us, for you. I want to prove that this time won't be like the last time. I promise to be there for you, to listen to you, to support you.'

I pause, my heart racing with anticipation. 'I want to rebuild things with you, Bella. I want to start over, to create a new beginning for us.'

I look at her, my eyes searching hers for any sign of hope, any sign that she feels the same way. And then, I see it - a glimmer of hope, a spark of possibility.

'Bella?' I say, my voice barely above a whisper. 'Will you give me another chance?'

"Isabella's eyes soften, and she looks at me with a hint of vulnerability. 'Leo, I...' she starts, her voice trailing off.

My heart skips a beat as I wait for her to continue. Please, Bella, say yes. Say you'll give me another chance.

But instead, she looks away, her eyes welling up with tears. 'I don't know, Leo. I'm scared.'

My heart aches as I see the fear in her eyes. I know she's been hurt before, and I don't blame her for being cautious. But I also know that I can't give up. I have to fight for us, for our love.

'Bella, please,' I say, my voice filled with emotion. 'Don't be scared. I promise to be there for you, to support you, to love you with all my heart.'

I take her hand, my fingers intertwining with hers. 'We can face our fears together, Bella. We can overcome anything as long as we have each other.'

"I hold her at arm's length, looking into her eyes. 'Bella, I know you're scared. But I promise you, I'll be there for you. I'll protect you from whatever is haunting you.'

But instead of softening, her expression hardens. 'Leo, stop. I don't have feelings for you. I told you that already,I don't want us to be stucked on the past, let's move on, I have you should too.'

I feel a sting from her rejection, but I know it's not the whole truth. I can see the fear in her eyes, the hesitation. She's hiding something from me, and I'm determined to find out what.

'Bella, don't lie to me,' I say, my voice low and urgent. 'I know you're scared of something. Something or someone, something that is holding you back from being happy with me, from loving me. And I'll find out what it is, even if it takes me forever
Because I'm certain you love me too,.I can see it in your eyes.'

Her eyes flash with a warning, but I stand my ground. I know I'm right. She's not just pushing me away because she doesn't have feelings for me. There's something more, something she's not telling me.

'Leo, just leave me alone,' she says finally, her voice cold.

But I know I can't give up. I have to keep fighting, for her, for us. Because I know that we're meant to be together, no matter what obstacles are in our way."

"I take a step closer, my eyes locked on hers. 'No, Bella. I won't leave you alone. I won't give up on us. You're hiding something from me, and I'm going to find out what it is.'

Her eyes narrow, and she takes a step back, her voice firm. 'Leo, stop. You're not going to bully me into telling you something I don't want to say.'

I sigh, my frustration growing. 'Bella, I'm not trying to bully you. I'm trying to help you. Whatever it is, we can face it together.'

But she just shakes her head, her eyes filling with tears. 'You don't understand, Leo. You never have.'

And with that, she turns and runs, leaving me standing there, feeling helpless and frustrated. I know she's scared, but I also know she's not going to open up to me until she's ready. And I'm willing to wait, no matter how long it takes."

So I do the craziest shit,I run after Bella, my heart racing with concern. 'Bella, wait! Please, just listen to me!'

But before I can reach her, a man steps out of the shadows, flanked by a group of rough-looking goons. Bella's eyes widen in terror as the man sneers at her.

'Well, well, well. Look what we have here,' he says, his voice dripping with malice.

Bella's eyes lock onto mine, and I see pure fear in them. She begins to scream, a blood-curdling sound that sends chills down my spine. The man laughs, seeming to enjoy her distress.

'You're coming with us, sweetheart,' he sneers, reaching out to grab her.

But I'm not going to let that happen. I charge towards them, my men following close behind. 'Leave her alone!' I shout, my fists clenched.

The goons move to intercept us, but my men and I are ready for them. We fight our way through, determined to protect Bella at all costs.

Finally, we manage to subdue the goons and turn to face the man who's been terrorizing Bella. He's sneering at her, seeming to enjoy her fear.

But I'm not going to let him hurt her anymore. I step forward, my eyes blazing with anger. 'You're going down,' I growl."

"The man sneers at me, but I can see the fear in his eyes. He knows he's outnumbered and outmatched.

'You're just in time to watch the show,' he sneers, his eyes flicking to Bella. 'She's been a naughty girl, and now she needs to be punished.'

I can feel my anger boiling over, but I keep it in check. I need to stay focused and get Bella to safety.

'You're not going to touch her again,' I growl, my eyes locked on the man. 'You're going to regret ever laying eyes on her.'

With a nod, my men move in, taking down the goons and subduing the man. We get Bella to safety, and I hold her close, trying to comfort her.

'It's okay, Bella,' I whisper. 'You're safe now. I've got you.'

But she's shaking like a leaf, her eyes wide with fear. I can see the trauma in her eyes, the memories of what she's been through.

I hold her closer, trying to chase away the demons that haunt her. 'I'm here, Bella,' I whisper. 'I'm not going anywhere. You're safe now.'"
