Dottore arrived early in the morning.

I was barely awake when I heard a light tapping at my window.

"Mm wait a moment." I whispered still rubbing my eyes.

I pushed myself up out of bed and stumbled over to the window. Putting up the latch I could hear as the window began to open.

"Ops too early?" He asked with a laugh.

I nodded my head, "Mhm... what time is it..?"

The window closed shut behind him and I found my way back to bed.

"The afternoon..."

I shot up from my spot in surprise.

"Already?!?"

He laughed some more, "Well we did stay up late last night so I can't say I'm surprised."

I shook my head, "Did you wake up later as well?"

"No I had a few things to do this morning. One of them being this." I could hear the sound of a swishing noise.

"Is that...?"

Dottore placed a hand around my own and opened it up so he could see my palm. In it he placed something.

"Yes. Its finished. Like I said it won't be some immediate miracle cure. If it works it'll take some time."

I grasped the item in my hand. It felt like a small capsule and as I moved my hand a bit something inside of it moved.

"So um should I drink it all at once or...?"

Dottore laughed at this, "Yes you can don't worry it won't make you feel like that other stuff did I promise."

I smiled softly at his words before turning my attention back to the capsule.

Knowing what it was brought a nervous feeling to my stomach.

For so long I had no hope.

I had accepted the fact that I would never see again.

But then he arrived and hope had returned even if it were just a sliver.

Hope for something I was so certain was lost.
