Ash POV Cntn

Me-"He..hello?"

Jake-" Wassup who dis? "

Me-"Ashley Red-"

Jake-" Oh yea wassup"

Me-"It's Red"

Jake-"Ok what about her?"

I just bust out crying I couldn't hold it in.

Jake-"What the fuck happened tell me."

Me-"She's in the hospital. We were she was shot."

Jake-"Tf you mean? What hospital "

Me-" Jones hospital"

Jake-" I'm on my way."

Jake POV

I knew something like this would happen. I FUCKING knew it. I told her to stay at home and don't leave under any circumstances. Now she in the hospital fighting for her life.

Jake- " Tay I'll be back hold shit down I got to go ASAP close this deal."

Tay- " I got you bro."

I hoped in my charger and drove as fast as I could. I raced to the hospital not giving a fuck about red lights or police for that matter.

I busted through the door and ran to the front desk.

Lady-" how can I help you sir"

Me-" I'm looking for Jessica Henderson she was just brought in here she was shot."

Lady-" she's in the back for surgery right now but you can wait with family."

She directed me to where Ash and the girls were and I sat down confused and hurt all at the same time.

Ash-" i.m'm I'm sorry. "

She bust out in tears and I grabbed her in my arms and told her it wasn't her fault and that Red was going to be ok.

Jake-" what happened where were you guys."

Ash-" we were at her house. She said she wanted to get things off her mind so she called us over for a girls night. "
she started crying again.

Jake- " I need you to stop crying and talk to me."

Ash- " right I'm sorry. Everything was going fine until we were chilling and next thing you know we heard gunshots windows breaking and tires screeching. We stayed down for a minute and Red told us to pack her things. We didn't know anyone was hurt until Red started screaming. I then rushed her to the hospital."

Jake-" FUCK!! She has to get out of town until I find that nigga."

Ash-" you think the same person who tried to rape her did this?"

Jake-" no but he had someone do it."

Just then a lady walked up to me.

Lady- " Family of Henderson"

Me and Ash got up because we were the only ones left.

Us-" that's us"

Ash- " I'm sorry but Mrs. Henderson didn't make it through the surgery."

Jake -" TF YOU MEAN SHE DIDNT MAKE IT? YALL LET MY BABY DIE! I WAS GOING TO MARRY THAT GIRL MAN."

Ash just broke down in tears.

Lady POV

What did he mean by marry her? Mrs. Henderson is already married, and way older than him. There must be a mistake.

Lady-" did you say Mrs. Henderson died in surgery?"

Lady-" yea why?"

Lady-" because there a man here claiming he was going to marry her. Could you check. Again and see if there was another Henderson in surgery tonight."

Lady-" sure thing" actually there is her name is Jessica Henderson and she's well and alive just resting."

Lady-" SERIOUSLY!! You had me tell them she was dead and she's not?"

Lady-" my bad"

Jakes POV

We were on our way out the door before we was stopped by the same lady.

Lady-" excuse me sir there's been a mistake. Jessica Henderson is alive and well. She just resting right now."

Next thing you know Ash was charging at the Nurse.

Ash-" YOU STUPID FUCKING BITCH! YOU HAD ME THINKING MY BEST FRIEND WAS GONE. I SHOULD FUCKING KILL YOU."

It took me and 2 other security to get Ash off the nurse. They told her she had to go home but I could stay and see her. I told Ash as soon as she wakes up I'll let her know to call her.

I walked in the room and Red was sleep and hooked up to oxygen and IVs. I sat in the chair next to her.

" baby I promise once I find who ever did this to you I'm gone kill them. I'm gone get that nigga Jerome and his crew I promise I won't let them get away with shit like this. Just stay with me baby please."

I then went to sleep. The next morning Red was still sleep so I left and told Ash to stay with her.

I was going to find the nigga who did it and I'm not stopping until I do.
