Jake POV

I couldn't sleep , my mind was on too many other things. I seen my first love today and things was too fucked up right now I couldn't even speak besides she pregnant so imma leave that alone. Where has she been all this time though? Why come back now when my life so fucked up.

I just sat in the bed next to Jessica and I felt so bad. I was the reason my baby was in the hospital I just keep putting her through pain but I couldn't let her go.

I waited until she was fully sleep and snuck off, I had to get home before Desire start tripping.

I turned off the car lights when I pulled up in the drive way and I snuck in the house quietly.

Maddie was on the couch sleep with her phone in her hand.

I crept up the stairs and I took my clothes off in the bathroom.

I slid in bed next to Desire and she started moving.

"Jake is that you?"
She put her arm around my body

"Yes baby who else would it be."
She bet not say the wrong shit.

"Jesus he always protects me "
She said while dozing back off

I wanted some pussy but I was too tired.

I set my alarm for 6 because I know Jessica wake up around 8 and if she wake up earlier I'm bringing coffee as my excuse.

I jumped up it was 7:37 I don't know how I slept over my alarm must of been on silent.

I got up slipped my clothes back on and rushed downstairs

I smelled breakfast and I thought it was Maddie cooking but to my surprise it was Desire.

I tried to sneak out the door.

"Baby where are you going? I cooked for you."

Shit she saw me.

"Ummm I just umm I'm going to the trap real quick. We got a new client coming in today."

"Ok hurry back."

That girl was so dumb. Half was a lie and half was the truth we really did have a new client coming in.

I rushed to Starbucks and got her favorite drink and headed to the hospital .

I walked in the room and sat the coffee down near the door.

I walked up to Jessica and tried to kiss her but she rejected it.

" What's your problem?"

She started flicking through channels on the TV..

"You're my fucking problem I thought we could be something but I guess not. You tell me you're going to spend the night with me but you sneak out when I'm sleep

"I was here I just went to get coffee."

"YOU'RE FUCKING LYING I WOKE UP 2X AND YOU WEREN'T HERE "

"I was ask the nurse I went to the bathroom and the vending machine."

Her face eased up then she started looking dumb.

"So where my coffee at?"

I handed her the cup and she took a sip burning her tongue
