Serena's P.O.V
I dragged myself out of bed and went downstairs.
"Morning Mom.." I said lazily.
"Well someone's awfully chirpy." My mom joked as she poured Sean a cup of coffee
"Hey! I get to sleep in, it's the weekend!" I sat down and gabbed a cup before holding it out as my mom filled it with coffee.
"So which one of you gets to take me to the mall?"I laughed as I said this. "I need a dress for Sutton's birthday."
"I'll take you. I need to buy myself a set of pics anyways. Be ready in an hour!" Sean said. I nodded and then headed to my room.
What to wear,what to wear. I thought to myself. I pulled on my peach shorts and a plain white tee and then I let down my hair and then curled the ends. Yes.Fairly Pleased with my appearance. I had gone a whole week without speaking to Thayer.This was the longest I had actually gone without talking to hm. I went downstairs hoping Sean was ready.
"You ready.Finally!" Sean said sarcastically. "Whatever. That's probably the fastest. I've gotten ready in my entire life."
We then walked towards the car and drove to the nearest mall. "Where first?" Sean asked as we got out of the car. "You know we're going to Monsoon first." i joked. We walked into the shop and Sean grabbed a seat in te boys shopping wit sisters/ girlfriends area( like he always does) I scanned the dresses hoping to find something for Sutton's party. I managed to find a blue dress that I absolutely loved so I went to try it on.
"So what do you think?" I got out of the trial round and spun around. "It's very nice.I like it." Sean nodded approvingly. I got back into the trial room and put my clothes back on after which I headed to the cash register to pay. "Now what?" Sean asked wile I handed the bag to him which he gladly took from me. "Aldo, I need shoes and accessories!' I headed towards Aldo and began looking for shoes. A pair of black pumps with a blue sole instantly caught my eye. They would look really nice with the dress. I asked the lady working there for my size , I looked through the accessories. I liked a bracelet and a pair of earrings which I bought along with the pair of shoes that fit me amazingly.
"So home now?" Sean asked.
"Are you crazy? I still have to go to H&M and Victoria's Secret!" I said while tapping away on my phone."I'm not even going to ask why Victoria's Secret. I do not want to Know." I chuckled as he said this. "Don't worry douche. I need some perfume.But you can wait outside." He nodded and I spotted a sale.
"SALE!" I shouted. The Body Shop was on sale.Who doesn't love the body shop. I literally ran into that shop leaving Sean standing there holding the bags. I must've spent like 3 bottles of lip balm,a face wash,some body lotion and some bubble bath which would've probably lasted me a year but Hell! It was on sale. Sean laughed as he saw me walking up with a bag full of body products.
"You do realise you'll never end up using any of that yeah?" Sean joked
"Whatever.I bought it with my own money.I will so use it." I agreed back defending my use of money that I'd actually worked for.I spotted H&M and pulled Sean there kicking and screaming.Once we entered the shop he grabbed a seat in front of the clothing.I searched through everything and ended up finding 2 dresses- a black and a purple one. I walked over to the trial room to see Sean looking bored out of his mind.I put on the black one and came out. "How's this one?"I said as twirled around.
"It looks great on you."An unknown voice replied."Where's Sean?"I asked.I had seen this guy somewhere before.I just wasn't sure where.
"Oh you mean the guy with the zillion bags. He got a text and walked over to the women's section. Now about that dress,I think this'd look better on you."He said as he pulled a short white dress out from the hanger it was on.
