"He is so stupid!!!" Keith yelled throwing his phone on top of Lance's bed. The little husky puppy currently playing tug of war with one of Lance's tops, to the beta's displeasure. Startled by the sudden yell Cosmos dropped the clothing and ran underneath Lance's desk. Shivering as he gave off a high-pitched bark.
"It's free" Lance cheered, very happy the dog hadn't ripped it.
Seeing the opportunity to save one of his favorite tops Lance quickly picked it up, placing it far from the little energy ball's reach. He then gave Keith a concerned glance. His loud and sudden outburst scared Lance too. Though he played off the fear as him simply flinching. Trying to calm down his screaming inner omega, which did not like how the alpha was angry. Lance took to calming down the puppy first.
Keith noticed the effect his yell had on the little husky and immediately regretted his outrage. He too trying to calm down the shivering furball. "I'm so sorry Cosmos, I didn't mean to yell that loudly," Keith said, repeatedly stroking the soft black fur gently.
Lance took a step back, letting the alpha calm the puppy down. He instead took notice of his room's state. He sighed as he looked over the damages the small thing had been able to cause with a few minutes of alone time. It had somehow been able to topple the trash can that usually stood neatly placed under his wooden desk. The husky had then thought it fun to spread the garbage around the white-walled room.
The puppy had even somehow gotten his lower drawer open and chewed on his clothes. Not to mention ruining his tank top by peeing on it.
Lance sighed again, If that puppy hadn't been cute he would have kicked it out already. He started picking up the trash when he felt his foot step on something. It was soft and squishy.
'No way that it's what I think it is' Lance thought smiling to himself as he was sure his mind just played a trick on him. 'It was probably just a slice of pizza' 'Yup that was definitely it' he thought.
Glancing down on his foot, expecting to see a lonely piece of pizza Lance was instead met with an utter nightmare. There on his beautiful blue shark socks was now a brown substance.
"No no no no no no" Lance frantically started. Keith glanced his way hearing his beta friend repeating the word no. Catching the eye of what the ocean-eyed male was staring at. Keith blinked, feeling a cold sweat over him. It was something with the look in Lance's eyes that terrified the alpha. Their eyes met, and Lance's face twisted into an angry scowl. Keith felt like a kid who had messed up, it almost felt like Lance would have frowned a slipper after him if that had been something he had in his hands.
"Get it out" Lance growled, the way it was delivered and the look on Lance's face made Keith understand just how deadly serious the beta was. Keith swallowed again straightening his posture as if he had just gotten caught trying to sneak out. "What?" He asked, even though he had heard Lance loud and clear.
It was funny how easily that word could slip out.
Lance clenched his fist, a big sign the freckled teen was angry. Keith picked up the puppy holding it close, afraid Lance would do something to it.
"You heard me...get that thing out before I do something I will regret" Lance yelled pointing at the puppy. Eyes wide anger flaring. Keith heard the warning, not wanting to face the consequences if he stayed.
As Keith had left the room and Lance was all alone in his messy room, he proceeded on one leg to the bathroom where he washed and cleaned his sock and foot. Before he returned to his room barefoot, to clean the mess. He took care of the pup's nasty present and wondered how he hadn't noticed it when it was made.
