author's POV

another week and a half had passed since denis, albert, jayden, dani, and y/n had all gone to the nutcracker ballet, meaning that the new year's party was in only two days. *lowkey sorry if u wanted an actual christmas chapter lololol i got bored* a few more people from their friend group were also flying to vancouver for a bit. them being jake/ jayingee, laughability/ miles, and jandel. 

anyway though, albert, y/n, and jayden all drove over to the grocery story to get some things for the party. 

jayden/temp's POV

the three of us all walked into the doors of target, a smell of cleanly plastic and coffee being thrown in our faces. "can I push the cart?" "no, I wanted to push it." y/n argues with me. "not fair!" I jokingly laugh at her. "yes it is. let me push it."

"guys, shut the hell up. what if you both sit in the cart and I push it?" albert interferes with our stupid fight. 

and so, y/n ended up sitting in the baby seat and I sat in the actual cart itself with my knees to my chest. 

y/n's POV

"alright guys," albert begins in a southern accent as he pushes the cart with me and jayden in it. "what do we get first? snacks maybe?" I tried to think of why we came. I could't find the words.

 "I think so yeah, we already have everything else at denis's house." I switched my gaze between the two of them as they spoke.

"mmm, yeah. jay has a point." "okay so then.." albert pulls out his phone to look at a list he probably made eariler before we went into the target.

albert's POV

I started to push the cart with my friends in it and walk to the snack section place. as I walked through the isle, jayden and y/n grabbed things as I moved them along. 

"guys, wait a minute. what if we went live while were here?"

y/n asks us with a wack ass expression on her face. it was stupid, but I loved it. "are you sure? jayden do you care? I don't really mind myself."

 jayden shakes his head. "you guys can do whatever just don't show me."

and so, y/n pulls her phone out of her pocket and opens instagram to start the live stream. her phone was propped up on her knees facing the both of us but not jayden.

I heard my phone get a notification, but I didn't open it because it knew it was from instagram and y/n live streaming. "hi guys, were in target right now." y/n giggles as she stares into the chat box.

"hello chat, it is me." I say, not looking at the live anymore. I could't think of the words to say. "HI GUYS!" jayden squeals out. the chat raved after he did so. 

author's POV

the three of them ended up live streaming their entire target trip, making dumb jokes as they read aloud the chat. and eventually, they finished and started to walk back to the parking lot to drive back to denis's house. 

they went on home, and started back again setting up for the party the next night.
